2 bedroom, 2 bath lake cottage sitting on spacious open land. Relaxing and breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset awaits you. Come relax and enjoy time with family and friends! We have RV hookups on water's edge and up close by home. If you have friends or family that travel with their home - bring them!! Close to Tyler and many restaurants and fun activities as well.

Fantastic weekend!

Great stay

I loved staying here and will no doubt return as soon as possible. Ms. Dana has the home very clean and decorated perfectly. You will have everything you need once you check in. The Piney Woods Bungalow is the perfect place to stay for a peaceful, relaxing and fun getaway!

Great Lake getaway’

Cozy house that is clean and well stocked. Perfect location and Great Lake access. We loved our time here. Will definitely go back. The host was quick to answer any questions I had.

Short, sweet stay

We had a nice stay here for one night. The weather didn’t cooperate but it was a pretty view nonetheless. We had a nice dinner overlooking the rainy lake.

Amazing Birthday Getaway

This was a great place for my wife and I to enjoy a relaxing getaway. We brought the kayaks and fished within sight of the dock and caught enough catfish for a nice meal. Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing time.

Very Peaceful

It was great to get away and relax for a few days. Our favorite activity was sitting on the porch and watching the lake or the birds in the area, Really enjoyed getting out in the kayak and sitting on the dock. The lake house completely filled our vacation needs.

Great getaway with kids

We loved our lake retreat. This property is great with kids because they can walk right into the water and the owners have so many things to keep them entertained. Loved fishing from the dock. Communication with owner was quick and she was wonderful to work with. Will definitely be going back for a longer vacation there soon.

A Little Piece of Heaven

What a cute bungalow that is just amazing. Beautiful piece of property on the lake. It is so relaxing to watch the sun come up and the moon rise over the water, This is the perfect getaway place!

Wonderful stay!

This place has everything you need inside and out. The covered pier was great when we had a few showers come through. You will definately catch a ton of fish off the pier. The town is close enough if you need something you forgot. House is very clean and comfy. Hope to stay again next year!

Wonderfully relaxing! Loved the view of the lake from the covered back porch.

Freshly remodeled throughout in aquatic colors and lakehouse-themed decor, with well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful amenities. We had a wonderful time fishing off the pier and paddling around in the kayak. The back porch was perfect for sipping morning coffee, reading a book, and watching sundown on the lake. We loved our stay at the Lake Palestine bungalow!

a great place to stay!

The house was clean and the property well prepared for lake fun. Bird feeders were full, lake toys abound, sand pails full of goodies for the grandkids, an inviting covered dock with fridge, fan and lights. A fun time for all. Thank you property owners.

Great getaway!

The lake house is just as it is described in the pictures! The stay itself is great because the beds are comfortable! The home provides everything you need and it feels like you are at home! (extra blankets, all kitchen necessities, water floats, sunblock and bug spray on the dock, life jackets, water floaties, JUST TO NAME A FEW!)

Wonderful and relaxing!!

My two girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay immensely! To set in rockers on the back porch or in lounge chairs down on the water and listen to the waves! We were welcomed warmly with special surprises for each of us. The s’mores made us laugh and being together made us happy!!

Long fam vacay!

We had the best time ever! The boat house/dock was amazing with all the floats tied up for us to use! My kids loved kayaking and using the paddle board! The fishing was good thanks for the chicken and garlic powder tip! It was just perfect and peaceful! Loved every minute!

Birthday Girl Weekend!

What a great place to swim, grill, fish, and just all out relax! Every year I rent a cabin for my granddaughters birthday. This year we celebrated #9. Would highly recommend and will def. rent again.

Perfection!

Dana’s house was so perfect for a Mother’s Day weekend getaway! The house has so much water toys and everything you need to enjoy the outdoors. We will be back very soon! Dana was also the most attentive owner we have ever dealt with and so very kind!
