Parking is located in the complex. Please DO NOT PARK in any parking spaces labeled `Reserved` or any covered parking. Your car will be towed and we will not be liable.

ONLY park in open spaces with no cover or `reserved` label.

We are accessible to guests via phone or through the app.

Expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are readily available if needed.

Host Rules:

Space is limited to 2 people max.

Parking is located on site, in any space that is NOT covered or labeled `reserved`. Your car will be towed if these are not followed.

Trash is to be collected in trash cans and will be disposed of in the main trash dumpsters located on site in the parking lot.

NO PARTIES OR SMOKING ALLOWED! We have Minut noise detectors in every unit and can monitor the noise level at all times and detect smoke at all times. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep the noise at a reasonable level. We will reach out if the decibel level exceeds our threshold and will cancel reservation and evict if noise persists.

$400 fee if found in violation of party or smoking policy.

It shall be unlawful for a guest to use amplified sound equipment that produces sound audible beyond the property line of the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.

It shall be unlawful for a guest to allow the congregation of occupants outside at the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
