The apartment is exclusively yours without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind and make yourself at home.

Parking is located in the complex. Please DO NOT PARK in any parking spaces labeled "Reserved". Your car will be towed, and we will not be liable.

Parking permits are located inside the unit. They are yellow and to be left on vehicle dashboard (please do not remove them from the plastic). Visitor passes are also located inside the unit. These are to be hung from mirror if you expect any guests, they must park in the spaces next to the dumpsters labeled "Visitors".

ID Submission and Rental Agreement Requirement:
For a seamless and secure experience, guests will click a boarding pass link from a third-party tool as we require all guests aged 18 and above to submit a valid government-issued ID upon confirmation of their booking. Additionally, guests must sign a rental agreement, which will be sent after the reservation is confirmed. These requirements are part of our standard procedure to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests. You will find these details inside the boarding pass link that you will receive once your reservation is confirmed.


I am accessible to my guests via phone or through the app.

Expect a quick and prompt response. I give my guests space but am readily available if needed.

The health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance! For this reason, we pride ourselves in our cleanliness protocol to ensure we exceed every guest's expectation before, during and after they leave.

Early check-in fee of $40 (must be requested before 9am on day of check in)
Late check-out fee of $100

We also do allow pets for a fee:
1-5 days is $25 per day
6-20 days is $150
20+ days is $250

Note: Pets must be on a leash when roaming within the complex.

UNDECLARED PETS: $300 FEE IF NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION COUNT BEFORE CHECK-IN.

Please return the parking pass before leaving. Lost or unreturned pass will incur a $500 fee.

Trash Disposal Policy - Please bag all trash and place it in the designated on-site bins before checkout. Leaving more than one bag behind may be considered excessive and could result in a $200 fee. Thanks for helping us keep the home clean and ready for the next guests!
