We had a great stay! The place was comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed for a few relaxing days. The location was great, only 2 blocks from the beach. Stephan was super responsive and communication was quick and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and we definitely will be back soon.

AMAZING stay!! The place was absolutely perfect for our getaway! Beautiful place, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Perfect use of space… plenty of room. Beds were comfy and having 2 full bathrooms was so convenient. Owners were so kind and quick responses to any messages. We had a late an arrival due to flight delays and they messaged to check on us. The place is SO close to the beach and there’s a bus stop nearby for the Island Free shuttle. The villa next door was vacant and the owners allowed us to use the pool during our whole stay… we loved dipping in the pool after a day at the beach. They provided a wagon and beach chairs (boogie boards also). This made beach days so easy . We LOVED our stay and plan to be back!! There’s a grocery store nearby as well. Thank you for an AMAZING stay!!

We booked this trip last minute and were so happy to find this property available! The St. Thomas was well-equipped with kitchenware and beach supplies, and everything was clean, bright, and ready for us when we arrived. The property is located near the end of a dead-end street, making it a very quiet and peaceful part of the neighborhood. The hosts were incredibly responsive to all communication both before and during our stay, and we had zero issues. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely look to stay here.

We had a great 2 week stay. The property manager was great and went above and beyond to answer our questions. The location was perfect - short walk to the gulf and bay sides. Centrally located to access points in Anna Marie, Longboat and Sarasota. The place itself was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

First let me just say that my husband and I enjoyed our stay. The villa was really pretty and so very close to the beautiful beach. We really loved the front patio area with the coral divider wall and the villa was clean and nicely decorated. I wanted to give 4.5 stars because it was better than 4 but not 5 because of the following, Our beach equipment was worn and not of the highest quality. The beach umbrella inverted at the slightest breeze and our wagon was very rusty, VERY squeaky, and difficult to roll. Our grill appeared to be inoperable and the side patio wasn't turn key ready. We would have needed to clean and set up that area before it could be used. Lastly our white comforter/quilt had stains on it and needed to be changed for the spare blanket in the closet. All and all, we would definitely stay again.

House was exactly as advertised, very clean, stocked with kitchen essentials, linens, and even necessities for the beach. Location of the house is great, being just a short walk to the beach and on a dead end road so there was minimal traffic. Host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back in the future!

This a such a cute property, pretty spot and well equiped and super clean. It was a quick 2 min walk to the beach or the bay and has quiete streets I felt comfortable walking on alone day or night. The trolly stop is just at the end of the street.There is lots of construction in the area as properties are still recovering from devistating hurricanes 2 years ago, but it wasnt disruptive at all. Gound out on the lazt day that there are two pools on the property. Are they for private unit use? Or for all 4 units? Its unclear.Loved my stay and was crushed when I had to leave. Please dont stay here though, as I want it to be available next time i come down. Just kidding.Book and enjoy the island and the slow pace.

The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood, in walking distance to beach. The beach wagon provided by owner was a great help in carrying all the beach stuff to the beach. The property is well maintained, well furnished, and is clean. We will recommend it.

Overall experience was great. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is only 2 blocks from the beach. I love that they stock everything you need for the beach. Our family had a great stay!
