While the apartment was perfect for my daughters we had major issues with communications with the host when they were trying to locate the apartment. The confirmation email we received had the address as 621 Hudson street and pick up of the key on Jane street. Then we received a comm with a different apartment address which was on Jane street. I questioned which address was correct and was told the Hudson address and that the Jane one was a mistake. This is all documented in VRBO chats. My daughters tried to locate the Hudson address with no luck. I called the host multiple times and messaged multiple times. My daughter sat outside from 9:30pm until about 11pm while we tried to figure out what the address should have been. In the end the Jane street address was the one. But it was late at night for 2 young adults to be standing outside. There was a lack of concern and it seems like at times there were different people messaging because they were saying things that were already messaged about. Multiple times we were told the Hudson address. Very frustrating to deal with. I gave my phone # for them to call me and never got a call back to figure it out.
