LOCATION
Easy walking distance of Tacomaâs Stadium District & Sixth Avenue with great restaurants, shops, grocery stores, neighborhood pubs, Wright Park, waterfront & more. Centrally located, this is a perfect homebase to explore Tacoma and the greater Seattle area with your family & friends. One block from light rail, you can take the tram to downtown and Tacoma Dome. Very close to the freeway to explore Seattle, Puget Sound & Mount Rainier. This property is perfect for traveling medical professionals as it is located just one block away from Tacomaâs downtown hospitals.
THE SPACE
You will be staying in Unit A & the connected daylight basement unit. Each unit has a dedicated exterior entrance and are connected inside through the kitchen & laundry rooms.
BEDS & BEDROOMS
Guests rave about our beds! Each of the three bedroom has a queen size, medium density memory foam bed, blackout curtains & fans. You also have a full-size convertible bed and twin size rollaway bed. Two bedrooms have a Smart TV. The whole home sleeps up to 8 people comfortably.

Perfect for a large group, you will enjoy two of everything. This includes two living rooms with 58-inch Smart TVs. Both kitchens everything you'll need including:

PARKING
This home has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. Ample Street parking is available and free on the evenings and weekends. We provide one (1), free daytime parking permit for guests. Additional permits are available for $1/weekday. See getting around section for more details on transportation & parking. Please note that accessing the basement unit front door does require walking down a sloped driveway .

Our triplex home is a beautiful historic property, over 120 years old, offering a unique and charming stay. We have taken care to preserve and restore many of the original features of the building & update it modern amenities for your comfort. While most guests find their experience peaceful, you may occasionally hear sounds from fellow visitors due to the nature of the home. We appreciate your understanding as you enjoy the character and comfort of this special space.
