We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!

• No Smoking of ANY kind (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana and vapes) - A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
• No littering or disturbance aloud over the terrace. Please do not disturb people on the street in any way from the terrace. This terrace has video/audio surveillance and we will have the right to report this to Vrbo and cancel the remaining reservation as this could be a safety issue.
• No pets
• Quiet hours starting at 9:30pm
• No loud noise or music past 9pm
• No disturbing neighbors. We kindly ask you are mindful of your noise levels at all times. It is essential for us to maintain greats relationships with our neighbors to continue hosting you and future guests.
• No extra/overnight guests. Please message us beforehand for confirmation.
• No Mail/Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
• No moving or rearranging of the furniture
• No unplugging of the electronics
• No Pre-Check in Bag Storage - (Local bag storage available at the UPS Store)
• Unplug all unused appliances, space heater, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off the stove, oven, and AC units
• Please put and leave all used/dirty linens on the beds
• Check-in time is 4:00pm - 10:00pm
• Check-out time is 10:00am
• Please do not leave excess amount of belongings behind as this could result in an extra cleaning fee charge. This charge can be up to an extra $100 depending on the amount of extra cleaning needed.
• No climbing up the fire escape in the hallway
• We do not permit any Vrbo Services or Experiences of any kind at this property. This includes third-party bookings make through the Vrbo Experiences platform. Any guest who attempts to host or bring an Vrbo-related Service or Experience onto the premises without our prior written approval will have their reservation cancelled immediately, with no refund issued.

~ Property Disclosures ~
We have two cameras outside of the unit. One is an actively recording camera outside the front entrance of the unit which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. The other camera is located outside on the terrace and only records video and audio outside on the terrace. There is also a smart home device in the unit which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the unit and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if the house rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.
