We loved our stay at the sun-kissed loft. Loyda was wonderful to communicate with. Plenty of room to rest and relax after adventuring in the city, really comfortable beds. Walking distance to restaurants and finished most nights with ice cream at Thomas'. Thank you for a great stay!
My friends and I stayed here for a long girls weekend. The place was very clean! It also has so much room! We never felt on top of each other. Would stay here again!
The check in process was really easy. The apartment itself is very nice and clean. There were plenty of towels and bathroom amenities. Almost everything listed is in the apartment besides water. We received an email stating there will be water bottles and a brita filter in the fridge for us to use but there were neither. The owner did not get back to us about this either.
The rental is not in the best location. There are street parties starting at 6am ending around 3am. Lots of noise and may affect quality of sleep. Maybe not best for a family with young kids.
We also had some issues with using the key to get into the building.
Overall this is a very nice apartment and would recommend it for a group of friends looking to explore the area.
Walk to light rail or 5-10 minute Uber from Hoboken path station. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Very clean. Host was super sweet and accommodating. Only issue was significant amount of small gnats flying around. Host bought cleaning liquid to pour in kitchen drain however that didnât solve the problem. Also city housing projects across street and many people loiter outside in front of building all day and into the night. Some shops and convenience stores on the block of building and next door. Building has no elevator, so get used to the steps. Only one unit per floor which was nice. Big screen TVs already equipped with Netflix for whole family to enjoy.
The apt, the folks who work for the mgmt group-all wonderful. Super clean, all brand new- very large- the beds were so comfortable. The interior is great. No elevator so it is a pretty tough 5th floor walk up. The keys to the interior doors from the street take some jiggling and talking nice to, made it stressful coming in at night with leering vagrants on the street. But it may have been the set they cut for me. Best to take the train and not bring a car unless you have to have one, parking is not expensive with ParkMobile App, but really really tough to find spots- we were there Fri-Mon. So, the neighborhood.. immediately in front of the the building is a bodega, that doesnât attract the best folks. And they all sit about 5 ft from the main entrance to the building - the liquor store a few stores down also was very busy in the evening. A few blocks away there are nice restaurants etc, but a few times my friend and I went out we were uncomfortable. Police activity, etc. Not ideal for traveling with little kids or teens IMO, plus the walk up is a lot. Weird dichotomy with being in the apt and immediately outside. Maybe for the right group it would be fine.
The size and accommodations of the property was as advertised. It was cozy and comfortable for the seven of us that stayed there. I was a little confused about the parking situation there and got a ticket the first day. It was a very convenient location for us to travel to all NYC sites with the Path Train less than one mile away. Plenty of nice restaurants in the area also. We had to deal with gnats during our stay and the dishwasher had mold in it. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable stay all around and the place was well suited for the purpose of our visit.
We had an excellent stay in December. The apartment was spacious, warm and in a good location. Five of us stayed and found the apartment very comfortable with a good layout. We were very appreciative of the staff who greeted us at 4am after long delay to our flight.
We chose this apartment to have more space for a family visit to NYC. The apartment was spacious and allowed our family of five to have more space than a hotel room wouldâve allowed. The photos in the listing do show the layout of the apartment; however the furniture and decor in the space is not the same.
We appreciated being able to drop off our luggage early and pick up the keys from the housekeeper to get in later in the day; however, when we arrived later that evening the door to the apartment had been left unlocked.
Overall the space did allow us the room we wanted to spread out, but it is in need of some sprucing up. The dining room chairs were stained, some additional lamps and tables are needed, and the walls could use a coat of paint.
Shampoo, conditioner, kitchen hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, and coffee kcups were provided.
This is a very nice property. Itâs extremely clean and well cared for and the beds and linens were soft and comfortable. The communication with the property managers was great. They answered several questions regarding traveling logistics before we arrived and met us at the property when we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and answer questions.
We had a wonderful stay in Hoboken. The property was located within walking distance to everything. We are a family of six with an infant and the apartment worked exceptionally well. The only catch is that you need to be able to walk up three flights of stairs with luggage. Should we ever be in the area, we would stay again!
Super clean. Spacious and supplied everything we needed. Walking distance to all the fun and the PATH. Would definitely stay again! *BONUS free washer and dryer
The apartment was in a fantastic location . Walking distance to great restaurants and stores and to the Hudson River . The walk along the water has a spectacular view of NYC. The apt is very spacious with lots of natural light and it was sparkling clean . We will recommend this place for sure !!
