Welcome to St. Jerome House! Located just 10 minutes from the town of Round Top and 10 minutes from Downtown Fayetteville. Close to town, yet perfect for a secluded getaway! This private oasis can sleep up to 9 people between. Take a swim in the (unheated) pool during the day, and relax and dine on the beautiful patio in the evening. Please note, this listing is just the main house. The property can sleep up to 15 if booked with the guest house. See entire property listing for more space!

*PLEASE NOTE: there is NO fencing around the pool! This is not ideal for younger children. Pool cannot be heated.

Guest Access:

SHARED OUTDOOR AMENITIES - The pool, hot tub, and patio space around the pool are shared amenities with the guests at the Guest House.



The outdoor grill is exclusively for use by the Main House guests only.

Guest House guests do not have access to an outdoor grill.



Getting Around:

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTIE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

- It is possible for the guest house to be booked during your stay. If you would like to book the entire property, please inquire!



- SHARED OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The pool and patio area are shared with the guest house.



- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. Must be over 25 to rent this home.



- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.



- When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $59 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.



- CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



- Pool: is NOT fenced and cannot be heated. Please consider this when booking with children.



- OPTIONAL FEES - We offer additional services that may be available for an additional fee (must be pre-approved by the host, non-refundable):

- Please note that sightings of common insects or wildlife (such as skunks, snakes, scorpions, spiders, flies, wasps, mice, ants, etc.) do not qualify for refunds, as occasional encounters are possible in any rural environment.
