Housekeeping:
Upon check-in, step into a sparkling clean home with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries, thanks to our professional cleaning team. While daily housekeeping is not provided, you can request a mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee, ensuring extra comfort during your stay.

Pool Heating:
ATTENTION! Love a warm swim? You can add pool heating to your reservation for just $35 per day—both the pool and spa share the same efficient, connected heating system for consistent warmth and energy savings. Simply let us know at least a week in advance! Pool heating is required for the entire stay and will be invoiced separately. Please note that during the winter season (Dec 21 - Mar 20), if the external temperature is too low, the heating may not reach expected levels. We want to ensure you're aware of this in advance. Also, please avoid using the pool during cold or rainy weather.
Pool Maintenance:
To keep the pool in perfect condition, it’s serviced weekly. After rain showers, you may notice some debris in the water—this is completely normal and clears quickly.
BBQ Usage:
Fire up the grill! Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ propane tank as needed during their stay. Enjoy!
Pet-Friendly Policy:
Bringing a furry friend? We're excited to welcome up to 2 dogs (within insurance-approved breeds) for a $150 pet fee. Please keep pets leashed outside, crate them if left unattended, and be sure to clean up after them.

Travel Insurance:
ATTENTION! We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during Florida's Hurricane Season (June 1 - November 30). Refunds will follow Airbnb’s cancellation policy at the time of booking.

Respect the Property:
You're staying in a cherished home—not a hotel. Please treat it with care. While no one is on-site 24/7, we are committed to resolving any issues promptly if you reach out right away.

Easy Check-In Process with Clear Security Options

Just like a hotel check-in, we’ll verify your ID and secure your stay—except it’s all online and easy to do on your phone! We use a trusted system called Happy Guest, where you’ll complete a rental agreement, ID verification, and choose one of two options to secure your stay:

1.) Place a $1,000 hold on your card (not charged, just a hold)
2.) OR purchase a $50 incident coverage policy and skip the hold entirely

Arrival instructions are sent only after completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.

Once checked in, you’ll get a personalized digital guidebook with everything you need: home details, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in alerts, and sometimes even late checkout. You can share it with friends and family too!
