For the safety of all guests and the property, tampering with or disabling smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or noise monitoring devices is strictly prohibited. Unplugging, removing batteries, covering, or disabling any safety or monitoring device will result in an immediate fine of $250 per incident. These devices are installed in accordance with Airbnbâs safety guidelines and are in place solely to ensure guest safety and maintain neighborhood peace. If you are experiencing issues with any device (e.g., beeping, false alerts), please contact us immediately and we will assist right away.
