Had a great stay and love the place. A few things that would have made our stay and other misc things a little better
- Wd 40 the main door hinges
-Put a letter D on door for easier visual
-Huge dead cockroach by bathroom door
-Kleenex
-Light bulb in kitchen lamp didnt work
-have a Clock in living room at least
-only Two forks in kitchen
-have more than one Kitchen towel

We would totally stay again. There are neighborhood cats roaming around that I loved. Some are friendly and some are scared: the neighbors were all very friendly as well. Great location and price at the time.
Noisy unit, the upstairs apartment hear talking, tv, walking and washing machine, plus could hear the street noise in morning and evenings. Access to the beach was great and the interior of the unit was nicely done and clean. However, overall it was difficult to relax and sleep with the noise from the unit above and outside noise from the main street.
Really enjoyed our stay. Check in and out procedures were very convenient. House was fully stocked and in the perfect location for a walk to the beach and village. Would stay here again!!

This neighborhood is a private retreat, steps to the beach and dining. The old growth oak streets make a great shaded place to walk. 5 min walk to the King and Prince and 15 min walk to the Pier Village
From the heart pine floors and floor to ceiling bead board to the meticulously renovation is our finest effort at refined historic luxury. The entry door leads into a spacious living room that has 12 foot ceilings with a healthy fig tree to match and plenty of seating for all of your family or friends. The furnishings are high-quality with a mix of understated mid-century and art deco.
The hallway connects the 2 bedrooms and the kitchen. The north and south side bedroom is generously sized, has a large closet with hanging space, and comfortable seating for relaxing or getting dressed. The connecting bathroom has a stand up shower with a rain-type shower head and a vanity with a backlit mirror.
The renovated kitchen has a classic flair with shaker style cabinets and a butcher block counter top. The appliances are high-end and updated with a 5 burner gas stove, Bosch dishwasher, and large Samsung refrigerator. There is a bar seating area which is a great place to set up a laptop and do some work and a stainless steel high top table with seating for 4. Located off of the kitchen, the laundry room has a rear entrance, a half bath, closet for storage and a stacked front-load LG washer dryer. There is also a rear door that leads to the right side of the house.
We use tankless natural gas heaters that provide continuous hot water. The AC is a new mini-split system that provides ample cooling on hot summer days and heat on winter days.
We strive to provide a high level of attention to detail. You find the apartment is immaculately clean and has a nice lived-in feel, with personal touches like art and books that we have enjoyed. We also provide high quality bedding and linens and a nice moderately-firm foam mattress to relax and sleep in. Backpack beach chairs and beach towels are included. The beach is just 1-blocks away making it easy to come back for lunch or a bathroom break.
