Bienvenue dans votre maison propre, confortable et confortable loin de chez vous. Cet endroit très spécial a été rénové et conçu avec des détails à l'esprit. Lorsque vous entrez dans la demeure, la légèreté et l'attention aux détails sont évidentes. Le mobilier est tout neuf et conçu pour être apprécié.
La cuisine est bien équipée et dispose également d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et de superbes comptoirs en quartz. Il y a un coin bureau avec des prises USB juste à côté de la cuisine. Les chambres sont équipées de matelas en mousse à mémoire de marque neufs. À côté de chaque lit se trouve une prise USB pour charger le téléphone portable.
Il y a une fabuleuse douche extérieure juste à côté de la porte de la cuisine. Il a de l'eau chaude et froide. Sur le côté se trouve également un barbecue à gaz et un coin repas extérieur. La plage n'est qu'à une courte promenade dans une petite rue ombragée. Promenade très facile même avec des enfants. Il y a 5 restaurants à distance de marche.

Golf get away

Wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage near the Sea Island golf courses but also blocks from the beautiful beach. Walking distance to great food and drink. Melanie made everything easy even personalized entry code to get make it easy to remember. WellFurniahed and very clean. Will recommend to any headed this way

Great Beach Rental

We stayed here to attend our week-long family reunion close by. This is the second time we have stayed here. It is very convenient to the beach as well as several restaurants which are a 2 minute walk away. The unit is very comfortable. We had one minor glitch which the owners addressed promptly. We would easily stay here again.

Labor Day getaway

Wonderful location, walking distance to the best the island has to offer. Very clean, well furnished and decorated. Truly felt like we were staying in a beach house. The owner was exceptionally receptive to questions (best food, things to do, etc.) and response to our every need. Great place to stay for those looking to experience the island by just walking out the front door!

Everything Meanie said about the place was true. We loved our time. Proximity to the beach and restaurants is excellent. Cottage is very well done and outside space was wonderful. We loved the swing.

Great cottage!

Stayed here for a long weekend. So clean upon our arrival, great location (5 min stroll to beach is accurate, restaurants/shopping close by, check-in/check-out was a breeze). We plan to come back next summer (if not before) to this rental. Thanks Melanie for providing this little gem for others to enjoy.

Little Gem on Ocean Blvd

Perfect place to stay on Ocean Blvd! Have rented multiple places on the island and this bar far is the best! So cute on the inside and outside. The property was very clean, a great layout for 4 adults and had all the amenities needed. For a duplex on a busy road it was very quiet and cozy. Location was great for walking to restaurants and beach access. Will definitely be returning to this rental!

Perfect location and neat as a pin

Located steps from beach access and Crabdaddy’s (our favorite) we can’t recommend this updated property more strongly. Perfect for two adults and two children, the house is well equipped. Cable televisions, WiFi, washer/dryer, new appliances and even a beach tent and chairs are available for use. Everything is ONE level, from parking to living quarters. We will be back!

Tidewater Two Terrific

I'm so thankful I found Tidewater Two! We stayed a week and loved every minute of it. The house is decorated very nicely with a great beachy feel. Melanie was a terrific host. When I contacted her with a question she responded promptly. The house is in walking distance of several restaurants including The Crab Trap, Echo at The King and Prince, and my new favorite Fiddler's. The beach is a short walk away as well. I've saved this property to my favorites as I plan to visit again. Thank you Melanie!

Charming beach cottage atmosphere

Loved the decorating, cozy accommodations, and vicinity to the beach. Plenty of ice! Loved being able to get everything on the tv. Beds were perfect for us. Showers with great pressure. And especially liked how clean it was. A/c worked great. A few possible improvements: Toaster was broken Small shower leaks on floor a bit as door doesn’t fully close I love outdoor showers- but this one could use a good scrub down Wish there was a starter travel size shampoo/conditioner in shower. I forgot to bring mine and it would have been handy. We hope to be fortunate enough to stay here again.

Winter Getaway

My husband and I stayed at Tidewater (both sides) for 5 weeks to escape Canadian winter. What a gem of a property! It is comfortable, functional, quiet, well-located and beautifully decorated. Melanie and Ed are wonderful hosts; incredibly responsive and available at a moment's notice to deal with any questions or concerns. A few things really stood out for us. The space is perfect for a long stay with modern appliances, lots of pots/pans, dishes, glassware, etc., great storage, modern bathrooms, a wonderful open and bright living/eating area and incredibly comfortable beds. Despite being on a major street, it's very quiet, day and night. And the location is fabulous! It's an easy walk to Pier Village (20 minutes), there are lots of amenities (shops, a resort, restaurants, yoga studio, etc) a stone's throw from the property and the beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to return.

We fell in love with St Simons in 2003. We owned another cottage and vacationed on St Simons for 7 years until we finally made St Simons our home. We saw this property for sale and had a vision of what it could be with some renovation. We lovingly and tediously planned each detail to be a place to vacation, retreat and make memories!

We chose this property because of the wonderful location. It is so close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We also had seen this duplex for a long time and felt like it had such potential.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The unique benefits of Tidewater Retreat is that it offers so many options. If you are traveling with another family, it is nice to each have your own space but be together when you want to.
Its perfect for Grandparents that are coming along on vacations or even teenagers that want a little Independence but you are still under the same roof. Each side is available to be rented by itself.
