Welcome to Sunset Point, a true “peace” of heaven on the Oklahoma side of Lake Texoma. This spacious, home with private lake offers the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation — with your own private fishing dock on 20 acre lake (bass & catfish), kayaks (seasonally), and outdoor living spaces designed for gathering and making memories.

Whether you’re enjoying a lakeside sunrise, roasting marshmallows by the firepit, or spending the day on the water, this property is built for connection, comfort, and fun.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
No smoking indoors or on the property.
Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
No pets or prom parties.

• Fishing Dock: 20 acres of lake, Approx. 15–20 ft deep; kayaks provided seasonally (bring your own if you wish); Next to Lake Texoma.
Newberry Creek Marina & Willow Springs marina are very close!
• Lake Access: Swimming allowed; bring life jackets. The slope is steep but gradual, with no drop-off (up to ~6 ft deep near shore).

Parking
* Driveway fits 5 cars in front of house plus 1 boat on the gravel pad to the right (separate entrance). No RV hookups.
* Please DO NOT park on the grass. Sprinklers are at risk!

The Location
Tucked away on the peaceful Oklahoma side of Lake Texoma, Sunset Point offers direct access to some of the best fishing, boating, and kayaking on a private lake behind the house (about 20 acres of water). Launch your boat just minutes away at Willow Springs Marina (8 minutes). Also close to Newberry Creek Marina!

From sunrise coffee on the dock to sunset dinners by the firepit, this is where lasting lake memories are made.

• Starter Supplies: Paper towels, toilet paper, dish & laundry soap, and 3-in-1 shampoo/shower gel
• Coffee: Regular drip pot — bring your favorite grounds and condiments
• Propane: Provided when available; if the tank runs out, text a receipt photo for reimbursement
• Outdoors: This is home is surrounded by nature — occasional insects and spiders are normal in this setting
• No Pets: Due to allergy considerations
* ATVs are not allowed within the neighborhood but you may bring them and ride them at Newberry Creek or outside the housing addition
