Résidence entièrement rénovée. Beaucoup d'espace pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter. L'espace n'est jamais un problème dans ces locaux. Si vous avez besoin de garer à l'intérieur, le garage est également fourni. Les guichets bancaires et les épiceries sont à moins de 200 mètres. Le centre-ville de Sanford est à 1,6 km. 20 minutes en voiture du centre-ville d'Orlando, 40 minutes en voiture des parcs et la plage de Daytona est à 40 minutes. Emplacement très central. L'objectif principal est de fournir une résidence extrêmement propre aux invités. Vous ne partagerez cette résidence avec personne. Quatre chambres sont en bas et deux chambres à l'étage.

So much space! 10 family members fully enjoyed the ability to spread out and enjoy each other for the holidays! Property owner checked on us to make sure we were OK.

The place was great for what we needed!! With four girls, we could always use an extra bathroom. But, we made it work:) Vaji was very accommodating and always available.

Our stay was awesome, Our Host was the best. Anytime you call with questions he answered. Everthing was lovely.......Very spacious and lots of room. Close to everything downtown, stores.....

House had roaches. Coffee pit didn"t work. Toaster broken. Not enough bowls and silverware for numer of people listed. Floors dirty. Furniture run down. Main TV had trouble staying connected. Toilet leaked. I had to buy tools and fix.

Misleading

They claimed the house was renovated which was not true. There were broken furniture, carpet was stained, kitchen tools were old. In one of the bedrooms, they put an old mattress on the floor. The owner/property manager was unproffesional and made bunch of treats. We set up an easy up since to protect the kids from the sun and he was all upset. We set up a little water slide and he got mad because we were using his water. Overall experience was much not pleasant. I would not recommend this place. The house was dirty and old.

Renter beware, host is a crook

I rented this property 5 months ago on the other site. The host canceled 21 hours before my check-in stating they had plumbing issues. I searched for another house and found the same house on this site available for the same dates. I booked it, it cost $900 more than I originally paid.10 min later the host canceled. I had the address so I drove to the house. It was occupied by another party that checked in 4 days before it was canceled on us. There was no plumbing problems - they just paid more. This ruined the vacation for all 9 people in my party and cost us several thousands of dollars more.

Sailing event at Lake Monroe Sailing Association

Remodeled renovated very large house, has a little funky floor plan but was perfect for my group of one couple and single friends. Both floors have full bath, upstairs one really nice shower. Lots of storage both floors for our gear. Great kitchen layout. Huge living room with lots of comfy furniture for everyone to be together for watching Football and weather channels. Separate dining room enough seating for 7-8, with smaller table in LR if needed, good card game size. And nice kitchen table, bar height for additional work surface, and gathering. Excellent sheets. Nice laundry room and all appliances nice. 2 beds are in a room that is a passageway to get upstairs, which was fine for a bunch of sailors and it has doors. You can also go upstairs by way of another exterior door as long as plan ahead. Nice HVAC system, needed as it was 85 degrees the day we arrived, and 32 degrees when we left. We loved the neighborhood, quiet and roomy but could walk to grocery, restaurants, downtown and bars- one was right around the corner. Homeowner very responsive to questions. It was perfect for our group

Horrible!! Run and don’t get scammed!

It’s a lie to even give a one star rating on this property. After paying a lot for my family to stay in the equivalent of a frat house, wreaking of marijuana and all. One of the rooms had a bed frame with no mattress! The daybed was broke. The place was filthy with dirty dishes and pans in the cabinets. The bottoms of our socks were black and grimy. The linens were not fit for humans. We spent 2 hours wiping down surfaces with Clorox wipes and spraying Febreeze and Lysol before it became apparent that we could not even stay for a single night. After complaining to the owner, his solution was to send in cleaners “for 8 hours”. The place should have been cleaned before we ever arrived. He also would NOT accept that his disgusting property REAKED of weed. He’s refused to return any of our money. We had to shell out more money for another property for our Thanksgiving week. It was an awful, disappointing experience.

Friendly service, Overpriced, Not as pictured

Definitely not as pictured. Stayed two nights, but honestly only ended up staying because we couldn’t find another rental to accommodate 3 families close by. This rental is absolutely large enough for many people, and the owner and maintenance manager are very quick to respond to any issues. However, for the price, I was shocked when I actually saw the property. You access the upstairs by literally walking through the room with two doubles. It wasn’t a huge problem, but listing doesn’t explain that. One of the bathrooms pictured in the listing, doesn’t seem like one of the two bathrooms on the property. The home was very dirty and in need of several repairs. The owner was very friendly and offered to have the repairs made and carpets cleaned while we were there, but would’ve been an inconvenience to us during our stay. I mention these issues because I don’t want anyone else to read the listing without knowing this property is incredibly overpriced for what it actually is, and what is actually is...is not represented in the listing. We had such a wonderful experience when we rented through vrbo in the Orlando area, but this was not a good experience. Again, I want to make sure and acknowledge the owner and maintenance manager were friendly and helpful, but the property needs a lot of work, the price should reflect that, and the listing should be updated. Those pictures must be very old.

Friends Dayton Get-Away

Overall, we had a very nice stay in your rental with amble room to spread out. It was a good central location for our mini trips to Daytona, St Augustine, and Kissimmee. Thank you, again, for providing our lodging for our long weekend get-away with friends from Washington state.

Great property to use if you have a large party

Nice play to stay with large group, cable kept going out but once maintenance man showed us how to reset it we had no issues , the owner was on point with getting our needs handed quickly would highly recommend

Upon arrival trash in front of house. We arrived at 3:00 Property was being cleaned ( what a joke) and could not get in till 4. Fridge has used juice drinks. Coffee pot had coffee grounds that had been there so long it was 2 inches of mold. Found beer bottle caps on bedroom floors. Upstairs could not be used as it was filthy. Must have been 20 plus half empty bottles of shampoo in the bathroom. Could thing we didn't bring food to cook as it is hard to cook with one sauce pan and three pot lids. Place had a very musty odor and the linens were not cleaned. Good think we had plenty of lysol to spray. I would never recommend this place to anyone .My husband did send a message to the owner as to how upset we were. This was our first time using VRBO and due to this terriable experience it will be our last.

Perfect place for our team

We rented this place for our team to stay and play at Bombay sports complex. Close in proximity, clean, and beds for everyone! Had a great time and the owner was very accommodating.

Stayed for weekend for Hollenbach's Octoberfest.

Place worked out great for our needs as it was only some 14 blocks from where the festival was located and transportation was provided by Uber or the free golf car rides. As we did not spend much time in the home it meet our expectations for use when we were ready to retire for the evening. Would stay there again in the future. Owner reached out to us on several occasions to inquire regarding our needs and assist us when needed.

Overall, great house. There is someone that lives above this house that i was unaware of. Good time!

If you are planning on cooking at the house you might want to bring some more silverware and paper plates. Everything was really nice and clean!

Sanford is in between Orlando and Daytona beach. It's an upcoming area very close to lake Monroe. Sanford downtown offers lots of restaurants at a reasonable price. Sanford zoo is withing 2.5 miles. Disney parks are within 45 minutes drive too.
