Beach View 7 - un condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain au 2e étage avec piscine et à proximité de la plage

Ce spacieux condo au deuxième étage avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains est parfait pour une famille de quatre personnes et se trouve à moins de deux pâtés de maisons des plages de sable blanc de Holmes Beach sur l'île Anna Maria. Le complexe de condos idéalement situé offre un cadre paradisiaque avec un aménagement paysager luxuriant et une piscine communautaire chauffée avec des chaises longues et une aire de pique-nique.

Dans Beach View # 7, vous pouvez vous détendre et profiter de la télévision dans le salon ou dans les chambres. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est également fournie. Si vous cherchez à vivre une pure détente, Beach View est l'endroit idéal pour vous!

La chambre principale offre un lit king size et une reine dans la chambre d'amis. Après une journée à la plage, détendez-vous sur la véranda blindée juste à côté du salon et de la chambre principale.

La plage publique voisine possède des terrains de volley-ball et une aire de jeux équipée de balançoires. Ici, vous trouverez également le café Anna Maria Island servant le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner. Fab stay on AMI

Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely relaxing 19 night stay at Beach View #7 and a very favourable experience dealing with Florida Dreams Realty; we had a couple of issues on checking in and they sent Kevin their lovely maintenance guy round almost immediately to resolve what turned out to be our ineptitude coupled with jetlag I think!!The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. We loved the two lanais and pool which is where we spent most of our time. The location of being so close to the beach, trolley and Publix was also a positive for us. Almost don't want to post a review and keep this gem a secret!

But AMI is still a wonderful old Florida style vacation location.The team of Florida Dream Realty of AMI is very, professional, helpfull und customer-focused. Despite some issues with the vacation home, which was beyond their control, they immediately did everything they could to assist and appease the problem. Many thanks to Misty and Rosann for your efforts to make our vacation a wonderful experience.

Wonderful vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. Everything was as it should be at the condo. Spacious and very well set up with updated kitchen. Great! Location. Has everything we needed. We couldn't get the Wi-Fi network to show up on our phones. Wasn't a big deal as we have unlimited data but not sure what was going on with that. Hard to get the shower water temperature to adjust to not too hot or not too cold in the master bathroom. Clean but is probably due for a deep clean dusty behind the beds and in the corners. Loved the lanai's and the pool came in very handy because of the red tide on our last 2 days there.Thermostat complicated and difficult to understand. Had to call for help with that but maintenance man was quick to arrive and helpful.

Beach View #7

This condo was amazing even being on the 3rd floor. It was clean, plenty of room for the 5 of us, had a washer & dryer, and tons of beach amenities! We also loved the screened in patios. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the electrical outlets in both bathrooms didn't work. We were close to the beach and having Publix across the street was a huge plus. Overall, 5 stars!

Excellent Updated Condo - Clean and Great Location

Everything you need is provided, appliances, dishes, beach towels, beach toys such as umbrella & wagon. The grocery store is directly across the street. The beach is about 1.5 blocks walking distance but there is a wagon to load up all your supplies. The kids loved the pool. You can sit on the lanai and have direct view of people in the pool. Lots of space with a KING bed, QUEEN bed and the couches. Nice furniture and beautiful kitchen. Highly recommend this condo.

Perfect location and well equipped rental

The condo was located on the center of the island. We loved being near the grocery store and Skinny's (for burgers) and we didn't use our rental car all week. The central location made it easy to get around on bikes all week (and not get stuck in traffic). The beach was a five minute walk and very convenient. The condo seems to have been recently renovated. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, there were thoughtful details like a drying rack for wet beach towels. It was nice to have beach towels, chairs, and a cart provided. We got a lot of use out of the two porches and the water in the pool was nice and warm. Overall just a really nice place to stay on such a beautiful and fun island.

This was a very comfortable place to stay within convenient walking distance of stores, church and the beach. Just hope they don’t raise the price like so many other places!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third trip to the island, but first time without a rental car, due to the high price of rental cars. The condo was just perfect! Great location, clean, comfortable, in a very quiet area, short walk or bike ride (2 blocks)with no traffic to the beach. Loved having the pool and the two screened in decks with ceiling fans to relax on. Beach Bums supplied us with 2 beach cruisers and Jeanne from Anytime Transportation was our ride from Sarasota Airport. Thank you Florida Dreams Realty of AMI and Beach View 7 Condo for a wonderful and much needed vacation in 2021, after getting through 2020! We will be back!
