À propos du quartier

Palm Desert

Modern but delightfully retro

We love the location, so easy to access the shops and restaurants of El Paseo, and other areas of the desert. The home is comfortable and well stocked, the owners are very helpful and easy to contact. We made dinner for friends while we were there and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We hope to be back!

Perfect Palm Desert Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bev and Terry's beautiful Sandpiper condo. It is tastefully decorated, well stocked, impeccably clean, and in a beautiful location. We enjoyed meeting the owners and found communication with them to be easy. We give this Palm Desert architectural gem our very highest rating. Thanks, Terry and Bev for a wonderful respite from our cold midwestern winter.

Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing 4 nights here! The location is hard to beat; it was so light and bright, clean, had everything we needed to have a nice breakfast. It was also quiet which we loved and pretty private. The sonos system added to the enjoyment of our stay . Terry was prompt to help with any questions. The beds were comfortable and the main bedroom and bath were very spacious and had updated features that was nice too. The 2nd bedroom was also updated abd equally nice, just smaller. Id definitely stay afain!

Beautiful retro property just steps away from the pool

The property is beautiful with lots of space. The space was completely spotless upon check in. Check was simple and just a breeze. The property is located near numerous restaurants and shopping centers. The pool is just steps away from the patio, and we had the pool to our selves most of the time. I definitely plan to visit the Sandpiper property again.

This is our third stay here. It is just right! We love the location - with easy access to just about everything. We love Sandpiper in general and this unit in particular. The light filled spaces, views of the mountains and pool, tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen, too many amenities to mention. The hosts are responsive and respectful. Feel grateful to them for sharing their home. Many thanks.

Sandpiper stay

This townhome has a great outdoor patio area in which to sit out in the sun, which is what we went for. The main areas have all been remodeled and are great and clean but the bedrooms need to be redone as well. The carpets also need to be cleaned. The bed in the master was lumpy and the shower did not drain well at all. This extra water made it slippery to step out of the shower area. The sinks also didn’t drain well in the baths. They had everything you needed though as far as towels and kitchen items. Loved the location. It was very peaceful.

Tina, thank you for your helpful comments. This is exactly the feedback we need to stay on top of things especially while we can't get to the condo due to Covid travel restrictions. The carpets have been cleaned and the drains have been cleared. We have also purchased a new mattress for the master bedroom. We will always seriously consider our guests' recomendations for improvements.

Sandpiper vacation home

This is the second year we have stayed at this property and it was in perfect condition just like the first time. The house is decorated really nicely with various styles of art work and the furniture and kitchen are modern and fit the style of the house. Highly recommend this property. Probably will go back a third time.

Do not miss this place!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would. This place was awesome! An orange tree right outside the front door! We had a fantastic time at Terry & Bev's place. Besides being a beautiful home, it's also a historic landmark! The location could not have been better, we were right off of El Paseo within walking distance to a cute downtown with loads a great boutiques and restaurants. We loved having our morning coffee on the patio overlooking the beautiful landscaping and pool. The hosts were excellent, they thought of everything, they were also super responsive and very friendly. We will definitely be back!!
