PROPERTY OVERVIEW
2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and a free assigned parking space. A second space is available upon request. Sliding doors allow natural trade winds to flow through the unit. High-floor location provides added privacy with views over nearby buildings.
Conveniently located within a block of many shops and restaurants. Waikiki Beach is a short walk from the condo. The International Market and Target store are across the street, and the Waikiki Market on the second floor offers groceries and prepared foods.
The condo is in an active urban area, and city sounds such as sirens, traffic, and trucks may be audible. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs, noise-canceling devices, or a sleep aid. Using Melatonin has helped many guests overcome jet lag and have a good nightâs rest.
ENTRY & LIVING AREA
Upon entering, a hallway provides space to store shoes and sandals. House slippers are provided.
The living room enjoys cross-ventilation from the balcony and bedroom windows. It features a 65-inch Smart TV with basic cable, Netflix, and a landline for free calls to Canada, the USA, and Mexico.
The sofa seats three and folds out into a queen bed for a fifth adult or two children; bedding can be provided on request. A dining table for four and coffee table are also in the living room.
KITCHEN
The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, stove/oven, coffee maker, kettle, rice cooker, and basic cookware and utensils. Tap water is safe and drinkable. Guests may use any food supplies available in the cabinets or refrigerator.
LAUNDRY
Laundry is handled by a new LG ThinQ ventless washer/dryer combo with detergent and dryer sheets provided. The upper left water tank on the dryer should be emptied when full to ensure proper operation.
LANAI (BALCONY)
The lanai should not be used for leaning on railings or for unsupervised children. Sand chairs, a beach umbrella, and other supplies are stored on the right end of the lanai and under the second bedroom bed. Sand should be shaken out before returning to the condo to prevent damage to floors and laundry.
PRIMARY BEDROOM & BATHROOM
The primary bedroom is suited for an individual or couple and includes a queen-sized bed, air conditioning, 43-inch Smart TV, sliding mirror closet, and private access to the primary bathroom.
The primary bathroom contains extra toilet paper, towels, and personal supplies.
VANITY AREA
In the hallway is an acacia wood vanity with a lighted mirror and hair dryer. Inside the drawer, it has pads and dark cloths for makeup removal.
SECONDARY BEDROOM & BATHROOM
The secondary bedroom has two twin XL beds, a dresser, mirrored closet, and direct lanai access.
The secondary bathroom is accessible from the living room and contains extra supplies, with additional towels available in the primary bathroom.
AIR CONDITIONING & ENERGY USE
Air conditioners should be used with all windows and bathroom doors closed. Electricity in Hawaii is oil-generated and among the most expensive in the U.S., so A/C should be turned off when leaving the apartment. Trade winds usually keep the unit cool, and A/C is typically only needed in the morning or when trade winds cease.
PARKING
The apartment comes with one assigned parking space at no additional charge. A second space is available for a fee with advance notice. Guest parking is available on site.
ROOFTOP AMENITIES
The rooftop recreation area features tables, chairs, BBQ grills, a swimming pool, separate male and female dry saunas, restrooms, and showers. It is open daily from 6:00 AM to midnight.
The rooftop provides panoramic views of Waikiki, Ala Wai Canal, the Pacific Ocean, and Diamond Head.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
The best spot to view the Friday night fireworks is Fort DeRussy Beach Park at 2161 Kalia Road, within walking distance from the condo. Parking is available in the military lot on Saratoga Road at reasonable hourly rates.
The park includes restrooms, picnic tables, pickleball courts, tennis courts, racquetball courts, and beach volleyball. Beach activity rentals are available nearby. The U.S. Army Museum of Hawaii is also located in the park and is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, with free admission and parking validation.
HOUSE RULES
The lobby desk is for building security only and is not a guest services desk. Interactions should be brief and courteous.
Smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the lanai is prohibited and may result in a cleaning or damage fee. Smoking is allowed only at street level.
Shoes and sandals should be removed in the entryway, where a bench is provided.
Turn off A/C, lights, and TV when leaving the unit.
Any damage, maintenance needs, or emergencies should be reported immediately. In case of fire or flooding, contact building security first.
Replacement of a lost access FOB carries a $100 fee.
Guests are expected to follow all building rules, including respecting noise levels, using designated parking spaces, properly disposing of trash, and using recreational facilities during operating hours.
