âą Event fees vary depending on the type of event, guest count, and how long the event will last.
âą Cleanup fees will also apply for any event to cover the cost of preparing and restoring the space.
âą Unauthorized events or parties held without prior approval will result in additional charges and possible cancellation of the reservation.
âą Noise levels must remain respectful of neighbors, and all event guests must leave by the agreed-upon quiet hours.
âą The booking guest is responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of these terms.
Howdy, yâall! Once upon a time, this good-lookinâ barn sheltered horses, llamas, goats, cows, kittens, and puppies. Later, it became a cozy country market filled with the smell of home-cooked meals made by someone who simply loved cookinâ for others.
