The seasonal apartment is fully furnished and equipped to provide comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The kitchen features a four-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, minibar, electric water dispenser, microwave, Italian coffee maker, coffee machine, blender, sandwich maker, set of pots with lids, frying pan, cutlery, kitchen utensils, wine and can openers, knife set, placemats, vegetable peeler, lemon and garlic squeezers. The laundry area includes a broom, dustpan, floor squeegee, bucket, floor clothes rack, and clothespins. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, a 44-inch Smart TV, ceiling fan with remote control, side tables, and curtains. The bathroom has an exhaust fan, hair dryer, bidet shower, electric shower, towel rack, and mirror. The bedroom offers air conditioning, hangers, blackout curtains, ironing board and iron, as well as a ceiling fan with remote control. The balcony includes a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the outdoor space.

You will also have access to the condominium's amenities, such as the rooftop with gourmet and fitness spaces, a panoramic infinity-edge pool for common use, a massage room, pet care (exclusive area for pets) and a bicycle storage area.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.
