Welcome to The Blue Pearl, a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with breathtaking views of Little Bay. Perfect for families, boaters, and coastal adventurers, this charming getaway offers everything you need for a relaxing Rockport vacation. Lounge on your private patio, enjoy direct water access from your private boat slip, and make the most of the community pool, tennis courts, and BBQ area â all while being just minutes from downtown Rockportâs shops, restaurants, and beaches!

Inside, youâll find a comfortable and thoughtfully designed layout:
Master Bedroom: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom
Guest Room: Two twin beds plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed
Living Area: Open concept with cozy coastal decor and direct access to the patio overlooking Little Bay
Highlights include:
Private patio with beachy touches â perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets
Fully equipped kitchen with essentials for easy meal prep
Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi for relaxing evenings
Washer and dryer available for guest use
This condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults, plus children (per Rockportâs Short Term Rental Ordinance). Your well-behaved furry friends are welcome too â up to two pets allowed for a small fee!

Guests have full access to:
Private boat slip (please note: no trailer parking on-site; trailer parking available elsewhere nearby)
Sparkling community swimming pool
Tennis and pickleball courts
BBQ and picnic areas for outdoor gatherings
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We give our guests space but are always available if needed! Should you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, a local contact is available 24/7 to ensure your visit is effortless and enjoyable.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome with a $50 fee per pet
Quiet Hours: 11 PM â 7 AM (please be respectful of neighbors)
