The Lodge 108-Family & Pet Friendly Ski Cabin

The Lodge 108 is a comfortable three-story forest cabin designed for relaxing and reconnecting. The main floor features a fully stocked kitchen, a dining table that seats eight, and a living room with plenty of seating and a gas fireplace. Large windows fill the space with natural light and peaceful views of the surrounding trees.

Step out to the enclosed deck for mountain air, outdoor dining, or an evening by the propane fire pit. The deck includes lounge seating, a Weber BBQ, and an umbrella table for enjoying the forest surroundings.

The main floor bedroom includes a plush king bed, reading nook, and soft linens. Upstairs, the loft offers five twin beds, and the living room sofa folds into a bed for extra guests.

Please note: The downstairs family suite is currently under renovation and not available for guest use. It will be completed and reopened soon.

Throughout the cabin, guests can enjoy automatic blinds, blackout curtains, Smart TV, board games, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with heavy-duty cookware and new furnishings.

Outside, the cabin sits privately at the end of Long Barn Road with no visible neighbors. Explore nearby trails, creeks, and wildlife right from your doorstep. The U-shaped driveway and ample parking make winter access easy.

The Lodge 108 is your all-season getaway, peaceful, comfortable, and ready for family memories.
🏡 General Rules
Must be 25 to book.
Maximum number of guests: 10 unless otherwise agreed upon
Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful forest setting.
No smoking or vaping inside the cabin.
No illegal substances or activites on the property.
🐾 Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval.
Please keep pets supervised and leashed when outdoors.
Use the small fenced area only for short, supervised breaks (it’s not fully secure).
Clean up after pets — bags and a trash bin are provided.
No pets on beds or furniture unless covered with your own blanket.
🧼 Cleaning and Care
Please remove shoes indoors if possible — it helps keep the cabin clean.
Load and start the dishwasher before checkout.
Wipe spills promptly to protect wood and tile surfaces.
Report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
🏔️ Snow and Weather
Driveway is plowed after snowstorms, but guests may need to clear small areas.
Four-wheel drive or chains may be required in winter months.
Keep decks and stairs clear of ice and snow during your stay.
🚭 Safety
No open flames, candles, or incense inside.
Turn off lights, fireplace, and appliances when leaving.
Lock doors and windows when away or checking out.
Children should be supervised, especially on decks and stairs.
