This cozy upstairs apartment sits in a quiet Millcreek neighborhood, just minutes from Millcreek Canyon, downtown Salt Lake City, and top Utah ski resorts.
Itâs a comfortable base for winter travelers looking to ski.
Built in the 1950s, the home retains its original charm with vintage tile and simple finishes. Itâs not fancy, but itâs clean, well kept, and perfectly located for both work and adventure.
Youâll have full access to the upstairs unit, a covered back deck, a shared backyard, and a laundry room in the basement.
The long-term tenant downstairs has a separate entrance.
The backyard feels natural and relaxed, with tall pine trees and the occasional deer sighting.
Inside, the living room features leather couches, a smart TV, and a small work area with a desk and monitor.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker and a small dining table for two.
The bedroom includes a queen bed with blackout curtains, bedside lamps, a white noise machine, and closet space.
The bathroom has a vintage pink-and-blue tile design and a tub/shower combo.
The back deck is a nice spot to unwind after a day on the slopes, string lights, a patio sofa, and crisp mountain air make it extra cozy.
Laundry facilities (shared with the tenant) are available, with detergent provided.

We ask that all guests treat the home with care and respect. Please review and follow these house rules during your stay:
1. No smoking or drug use anywhere on the property. The backyard is a wooded area and poses a fire risk. Any violation of this rule will result in a minimum $500 fee and may lead to immediate removal without a refund.
2. No pets are allowed.
3. No parties, events, or gatherings. Violations may result in immediate removal without a refund.
4. No unauthorized guests. The home is set up for a maximum of 2 registered guests. Any additional visitorsâincluding friends or family stopping byâmust be approved in advance. Unapproved guests may result in extra fees or cancellation of your reservation.
5. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of the long-term tenant living in the downstairs unit.
6. Respect the shared spaces. The backyard is shared with the downstairs tenant. Please do not use or move any of their personal property.
