Centrally located at the mouth of Parleys Canyon this cute bungalow has it all. Open living spaces that each include a pull out optional sleeper, new kitchen, BBQ patio off back deck, front porch mountain views, across the street from a school with lots of open space, 2 minutes from Parleys Trail which connects to Jordan Parkway Trail, 5 minutes to downtown, 20 minutes to Park City, and 20 minutes to local ski resorts and mountains. Great location if you want to see both SLC & PC.
Stayed here for a 5 day ski trip with wife and son. Very nice house, well stocked, and great location. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely book again.
Good communication with the property manager. Parking was limited, but we only had one car so it was okay. The house was very clean and as described. We had a party of three and there was plenty of room. The floor in the Master's bathroom can get slippery so be cautious if you're taking someone elderly. Overall, a great olace to stay. It was very comfortable and homely. We would definitely stay there again.
The house is great and the location is perfect, Itâs for my family (5pax), very spacious especially for us w/ teenage child who wants their own space, clean and kitchen needs are all complete. We would definitely come-back again. Thank you!
First off, the house was a great place to stay. Very close to the highways which enabled travel around town and the mountains easily! We went on a holiday weekend, so the neighborhood was quiet and calm. The house is practically across from a school, so checking out on Tuesday we just made sure to wait until the school run was over to leave.Communication with the hosts was top notch. Every question we had was answered promptly, which was great. We did have a couple issues, mostly the WiFi password wasnât working for the first couple days, but Jon got it sorted out for us. Additionally, the temperature was a bit cold for us, and we couldnât figure out how to get the thermostat to adjust for longer than a couple hours. Again, Jon popped over and fixed it for us. (That said, we were there on a very cold weekend with single digit temps through the night.)Now, a couple things for us: the front and back doors are wood, and have a bit of cracking that went all the way through, so there was a cold draft blowing in which made the front living room and laundry area very cold and drafty. The tape that was applied to the doors was not sufficient enough to keep out the cold air. Also, the main bedroom shower pan was draining slowly, which made the shower fill up at our feet. As long as you didnât take a long shower, it was fine, but it made for a bit of a concern. Nice place and location, but just a few things for improvement.
This is a nicely remodeled property and was much more spacious than it appears in the listing. In addition to the main living room, there is a smaller sitting area off of the kitchen. It was nice to have both of these spaces. Tiffany was very quick to get back to us with any questions or needs. We enjoyed our stay.
