Where the forest meets the fairway, you’ll find The Perch—a freshly remodeled mountain escape that believes comfort and character should share the same space. Just an hour from Boise and a short walk to Terrace Lakes Resort, it’s the perfect mix of quiet nature and convenient fun.

Mornings start with coffee and pine-scented air on the wraparound deck. Afternoons might mean golf, hot springs, or a nap you didn’t plan to take. Evenings end around the fire pit or in the game room, arguing over who actually won at pool.

Whether you’re gathering family, sneaking away for a golf-and-soak weekend, or bringing your four-legged friend along for a change of scenery, The Perch is made for people who do “relaxation” exceptionally well.

-Sleep & Stay
-4 total bedrooms: 3 queen rooms + 1 bunk room with XL twin-over-queen and twin roll-away. Sleeps up to 10
-2 full bathrooms (one with laundry and supplies)
-Infant/toddler gear: Pack & Play, high chair, kids’ toys, baby gate, Bumbo, and child safety gates that you can use for kids or pets.

-Kitchen & Dining
-Fully stocked kitchen with new cookware, coffee bar (espresso + Keurig), blender, toaster, and BBQ.
-Dining table with forest views + outdoor seating for deckside meals.
-Perfect for pancake mornings or post-golf dinners.

-Game room with pool, a smart TV, and family games.
-Wraparound deck with golf course & forest views.
-Firepit with Adirondack chairs for starry Idaho nights. Firewood is not provided.
-Sleds, cornhole, and pickleball gear for seasonal fun.

-Pet-Friendly Perks
-We are a pet family! Pets welcome with approval—up to 2, with a $50 per pet charge. Please select the number of pets you are bringing at check-out. This fee is collected with your reservation fee.
-Food bowls, towels, and cleanup bags provided.
-Please keep furry friends off furniture and clean up after them.

-Paved driveway for 4+ vehicles + extra gravel parking.
-Year-round access via HOA-maintained roads.
-Short walk to Terrace Lakes Resort (golf, pool, restaurant, hot springs)
-Minutes to downtown Crouch—groceries, dining, and the Starlight outdoor theater.

-Things to Note
-Max occupancy: 10 guests (extra guests = additional fee)
-Firepit use: please follow safety guidelines
-Septic system: flush TP only, no wipes.
-Terrace Lakes pool access requires a paid day pass.
-WiFi and utilities are reliable, but may experience brief mountain outages.
-The cabin doesn’t have central AC, but does have a portable unit, and there are fans in each room for the summer months.
