This was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had, and it completely ruined my vacation.The property was not ready or as advertised at check-in. The pool was green and unusable the entire stay, the entertainment room AC did not work, and the projector was broken with no remote. Several kitchen drawers were also damaged.I contacted the host immediately and was told repairs would be made, but no one showed up. After following up again with no response, I escalated to Vrbo—only to find out the host falsely claimed everything had been fixed.Multiple pool technicians came out and confirmed the pool was unsafe and needed at least 48 hours to treat due to lack of chlorine and improper chemical levels. By the time it was almost usable, I was checking out—so we never got to use it.The “fix” for the entertainment room was sending a cleaning person who only replaced batteries. Nothing was actually repaired. On top of that, the main house AC broke during my stay in the Florida heat, and it took all day to address.This property is falsely advertised and very poorly maintained. The host was unresponsive and dishonest, and a 30% refund does not come close to compensating for the experience.Avoid this property at all costs.

BEWARE! Catfish! This property was not safe, clean, or family friendly as advertised. Upon arrival, we immediately encountered numerous issues. The patio door did not lock, creating a serious safety concern with children around the pool. The front door was also difficult to secure(took us 2 days to figure out) Several floor tiles were broken and sharp enough to cause injury, and damaged kitchen drawers were falling out and could have injured someone. Many of the amenities we specifically booked this property for were either broken or completely unusable. The projector did not work, the air hockey table was broken, and the jacuzzi tub did not function at all. The bathroom sink near the pool had no hot water. We also discovered that the ice machine was completely blocked and had to be fixed by us. The property was not properly maintained. There was garbage around the exterior of the home, handles were loose or falling off, and within 15 minutes of arriving I found myself cleaning the pool. There were no child-friendly dishes and even the Wi-Fi was not included as expected. Instead of relaxing we spent a significant amount of time trying to make the property clean, safe, and functional. The most frustrating part is that I booked this property specifically because of the advertised amenities, many of which were not working. I could have saved money booking a clean hotel in miami near everything and not needed a rental car. Management was no help. VRBO only offered a 200 refund
