The condo was great for our week stay for hubby’s birthday. Only thing we regret was getting it on the third floor. Was a lot of steps for both of us especially husband who has to use a cane and is a little unsteady on his feet some times. Overall great place

Property itself is fantastic. I would like to see the owner upgrade some of the cookware and utensils in the kitchen. There were only 3 pans, 2 of them stainless steel and the other a nonstick that was about to fall apart. The utensils were a little scarce as well. The mattress in the master could use an update, as one side it sunken down. And a personal opinion but the chairs on the deck could stand to be more high, beach style chairs. Other than those things, great property and great location! I would absolutely rent this unit again. I take nothing away from the details of it, and the quality for value. There just needs to be a few little updates.

Spring Break

We stayed at the condo for a quick family spring break. We have stayed at the resort in the past, but not this particular unit. Unit was clean, convenient, and fit exactly what our family needed for this quick trip. Parking is adequate, the coast is really close and really nice,. The resort is convenient to the National Seashore tourist locations, and all of the little towns.

Overall happy with the condo

Best part of the stay was the oceanfront view from the balcony. And the kids loved the pool. The kitchen could use a few more things anded to it, like pot holders for taking hot pans out of the oven. Also a dust pan to clean up the sand would be helpful.

Beautiful but not furnished well

We loved the look of the unit, cleanliness, and wi-fi. Had there been potholders, salt and pepper, more than 1 garbage bag, 1 dish towel, etc, and an elevator for humans, I would give a 5 star review.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, Rebecca. We’re so glad to hear that you loved the look of the unit, its cleanliness, and the Wi-Fi—those are definitely important for a comfortable stay. We also appreciate your honest comments about the missing items like potholders, salt and pepper, extra garbage bags, and dish towels, as well as the challenge with the elevator. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future. We’re committed to making your next visit even better and would love the opportunity to welcome you back.

The view was great. The stairs were very inconvenient. I couldn't believe there was no elevator. We are in our 60's. I guess only "young" people reserve that unit.

We chose the property for the view of the ocean alone. It was everything you hoped it would be. Access to the water was easy and close to property. Pool is nice. Be aware there are alot of stairs to get to and from unit.

All and all the unit is decent. I wont stay on the top floor again, unless you install an elevator like the other buildings. Location was amazing. Waking up every morning seeing the ocean. Good Winds restaurant is amazing go by and tell Leon hello.

Good locatoin, great beac view

I like the location, as it is right on the Ocean beach, and has a nice porch view. It is also near where I go kitesurfing on the Sound. The building layout is good in that you have some privacy on the porch. I'd rate the interior upkeep as a B+, but that is OK for me. The price has gone way up in the last few years, not sure if I would pay that again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We're delighted to hear that you appreciate the location, the porch view, and the building layout. Your feedback about the interior upkeep being a B+ is valuable, and we're glad it meets your expectations. Regarding the price increase, we understand your concern, and we appreciate your candid feedback. We regularly review our pricing to ensure it reflects the value and quality of our offerings. Your input will be considered in our ongoing evaluation. We hope to continue providing you with a positive experience and remain your choice for future stays.

nice unit

I've stayed here twice - Nice place, third floor so some additional stair climbing, but for that no upstairs neighbor noise and a great beach view. It is in Waves, so not much infrastructure or stores till you drive to Avon (~15 minutes), but several nice kitesurfing places nearby which was my goal.

Anniversary trip

The unit had everything we needed but a little dated but we knew that when we booked the condo. Only thing we want to say is the listing indicates cable is available but that is not true. The TVs have Roku and renter would need to log into renters home TV cable provider. Otherwise great location, views and nice area for beach and pool.
