Spacieux 2 chambres (une chambre à coucher est un loft), 2 salle de bain condo. zone Cozy, confortable famille pour la télévision et les jeux. Voyez quelques-uns des meilleurs couchers de soleil sur l'île Hatteras tout en profitant d'un cocktail sur le nouveau pont spacieux après une journée à la plage. 3 minutes à pied de la plage. Parfait pour une famille ou 2 couples. À distance de marche de grands restaurants, des glaces et des magasins. A moins d'une mile de la jetée de pêche Avon. Piscine et tennis inclus à la piscine de Kinnakeet Shores, située à 3 km au sud du quartier de Kinnakeet Shores, derrière le Food Lion. Le quai est une propriété privée. C’est génial à regarder, mais ce n’est pas disponible pour nous.
Nous sommes une location du samedi au samedi du week-end du Memorial Day au week-end de la fête du Travail. 4 nuits minimum en basse saison.

This place was perfect — exactly what we were looking for! The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing with a gorgeous view of the sound. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved having the kayaks available — it made our trip extra special. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great condo in Avon

Perfect stay in this condo for my family. The condo was spacious, well appointed, and so clean! Sound view from back doors and balcony was spectacular, and very convenient location to beach, restaurants, coffee shop, and ice cream. My boys loved the loft, access to pool a short drive away, and kayaks. Communication and check-in were smooth. Hope to stay again!

I have stayed in Cove Breeze many times. It is always as described. Clean, Convenient and well appointed. I had an issue with the laundry machine and the owner got right on and had a repairman out that afternoon. Excellent service.I highly recommend Cove Breeze.

Amazing place to stay

I’ve stayed here multiple times and always come back. The condo is amazing, the view of the sound is breathtaking, and there are kayaks to enjoy. The location is great too and a close walk to the beach.

The property was as advertised, appeared very clean and comfortable. Great views, quiet neighborhood. Only complaint was a dead and dried hornet And a large dead roach first thing i saw upon going into the condo hallway, fortunately didnt see any other pests during stay. Overall I have to give it at least a 4 star rating.

We are glad you had a good stay! "palmetto bugs" are a staple in the outer banks! We have a great pest control company that treats our condo every month! Cove Breeze is a very clean and comfortable.

Great location, clean with great views

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick getaway to the Outer Banks. The location was close to the beach, very clean and the host was great. We loved the outdoor deck in the evening to watch the sunset and sip some wine. Highly recommend if you're looking to plan a trip to Avon!

Our waterfront condo sits right on the beautiful Pamlico Sound and features 2 bedrooms — one with a king bed and the second with two twin beds — making it perfect for couples, families, or a small group of friends.
You’re just steps from the kayak and boat ramp, so launching into the calm sound waters is incredibly easy and convenient. We love spending mornings paddling and evenings watching some of the best sunsets on the Outer Banks right from the property.
The condo is within walking distance of quaint local shops, cozy cafés, and popular spots like the Froggy Dog for great meals, fresh scones at breakfast, and delicious local ice cream shops for an afternoon treat.
If you enjoy fishing, Frank & Frans—a fantastic locally owned fishing shop—can set you up with tackle, bait, and expert local advice for some of the best fishing the OBX has to offer.
