New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Inside, you'll find a unique custom design and colorful, coastal decor with a touch of modern mixed in. Four of the six bedrooms are primaries. The first floor boasts a bedroom with a semi-private bath, a game room with a custom pool table, a kitchenette, and a living area where the kids will love to play. The second floor has comfortable bedrooms with direct deck access so you can rest and unwind. The top floor features a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a beautiful living room with a gas fireplace, a dining room, and a primary suite, plus a screened porch to sip your sunrise coffee - all with great views of the ocean.

Enjoy lots of furnished deck space and a hot tub for relaxing. The private pool, open seasonally, with a kiddie pool, is perfect for a cool down after your long, fun day at the beach. Be sure to take a dip in the relaxing hot tub. The elevator will transport you and your luggage or groceries to all floors. Also, enjoy your favorite libation at the tropical bar by the pool and grill out on the gas grill for dinner. Plenty of entertainment can be enjoyed with the eight TVs, Blu-ray player, and DVD players with surround sound.

Convenient high-speed WiFi is also available for your devices. With fantastic amenities, beautiful furnishings, and a great location, you can't beat vacationing at The Lost Lobstah!

Beautiful home with easy access to the beach and outstanding views of the surf! Fun times were had in the backyard pool, hot tub and shooting pool in the rec room We loved the small, friendly community atmosphere when exploring the town. Our family of 12 was comfortable, enjoyed the home’s beauty and amenities and dreaded leaving!

Lost Lobstah

This property was decent. The pool area and outdoor spaces were great. The table was large enough for our big family. The place was pretty clean for being dog friendly but keep in mind most of the house has wall to wall carpet which always just doesn’t feel clean in a beach house. The kitchen was well stocked, even had a rolling pin for amour we made!!

Perfect home for our stay in the Outerbanks! House was clean and ready for our arrival. Great location! Views of the ocean, steps away from the beach, kitchen fully stocked with all the cooking essentials including coffee makers (Keurig and standard coffee maker) , toaster, air fryer, different size pots and pans, etc. Outside grill was clean and ready to go. There is an outside closet which had children’s sand buckets etc and two boogie boards for the beach and floaties for the pool. Close to many restaurants and the grocery store is two minutes away by car. Highly recommend and definitely would stay there again in the future!!

Great house!

We’ve been going to the Outer Banks for 30+ years and stayed in a variety of homes from one family units up to eight family units and this was another great experience. A couple comments: air conditioner on top floor was not working great but maintenance was there immediately with window unit to help out. This home is situated in a great location with ocean views and has a lovely screened in porch. All furniture was done well. Kitchen pots and pans could use a little refreshing but otherwise this home is a great find. It’s talked behind another oceanfront home so it does obstruct the view somewhat but we still had an ocean view around it. Having two hot tubs is also really nice.

House great - VACASA (national) not so good

Property was everything advertised in the listing. Exceptions - cleanliness, damage to the screened porch & lack of WiFi and internet). The communication with Vacasa property management was timely and much appreciated. Frustration was the lack of follow through. Dialogue from Vacasa was pleasant and obviously scripted. The issues described above were shared (via text thread) immediately. The lack of WiFi & Internet were never addressed by a local staff. When the carbon monoxide detector started beeping, I asked that it be addressed ASAP. When it still was not addressed by 6 pm that same day, I sent a more forceful text and had a quick call from the after hours local property manager. She stated she had not received any of the information conveyed all week via text with Vacasa. She called the local maintenance staff who immediately addressed the issue while commenting that communication between the national Vacasa customer service and the local staff was flawed. He had not received any of the 4 days of complaints I communicated with what I now know is a “call center” type set up.

The house had amazing views and provided easy access for our mobility challenged family members. We loved the pool and the large table that enabled us to eat together and play games together. Our friends commented on how lovely the house was throughout our stay and how much attention was made to decor in each room. We also enjoyed the books and puzzles that were provided.
