Conveniently located just a couple of blocks away from the beach, this three-story home offers the perfect home base for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends! One of the key selling points of this beach gem is definitely the pool deck. Cool down in the refreshing waters of your very own outdoor pool and then work on your tan on any of the many poolside loungers available. The poolside hot tub will be just what you need after an entertaining day exploring the area. The home also offers an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after spending a memorable time at the beach.

When you enter this splendid home away from home, you will discover an entertaining game room with a pool table in the center, a rec area with a large TV, a dartboard, numerous books, and a convenient wet bar with a full-size fridge, microwave, and sink. From here, you have direct access to an extensive wraparound deck with direct views of the pool and a gas grill. The middle level features four well-appointed bedrooms.

​​​​​​​Climb up the stairs to reach the upper level of the home, where a spacious and bright open floor plan awaits! Wind down in the welcoming living room, furnished with inviting sofas and a large TV to keep you entertained during your stay. If you are not in the mood to watch TV, feel free to break out any of the provided board games for an entertaining evening with your family and friends! When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise your guests with delicious homemade meals and treats prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. The large wraparound deck offers a wonderful spot to unwind, enjoy the breeze, and take in the views. This level also offers a primary suite with an en suite bathroom and a TV. Additional perks include a laundry room with a washer/dryer on the first floor.

The pool and hot tub were great. Lots of space to spread out with our group. The distance to the beach was a little misleading. It is quite the haul over dunes. Do not recommend if you have toddlers or older folks in your group.

Big, comfy, and fun!

The house was great! Our family of ten was very comfortable, with spaces for everyone to be together, and apart! The pool was a big hit with our kids. There are a few things that could be cleaned better, but we weren't complaining!

Nice stay

The property itself was fantastic! However the sheets and linens were dirty. Kitchen appliances, such as pots and pans were limited. Otherwise, it was as promised. We enjoyed our stayed. The pool and hot tub were well taken care of.

House was as described

This house was nice, however it could use cleaning and was not clean when we arrived. Very easy to book. Linens and bedding were provided which was a plus for us. All appliances worked during our stay. The house came as advertised. The location was great for us. The pool guy was great and professional.

Beautiful Home - Lacked Cleanliness

We really enjoyed our time as a family at this home. We loved the pool, hot tub, pool table, darts…etc. The only reason we wouldn’t choose to stay at this home again is because the home was unclean. Upon arrival there were musty smelling towels in the washer that we re-washed to use for the week. The microwave in the pool table room we also had to clean due to the previous occupants leaving breakfast sausages in. The dishwasher upstairs was never unloaded and put away. And the dishes that were in the cabinets for us to use on our stay had what looked to be leftover egg in some of the frying pans and all of the coffee cups but 2 or 3 needed cleaned as they were never washed. The home is in a very nice neighborhood, very pretty interior and exterior. If it wasn’t for the cleanliness of the home we would have definitely stayed again!

Honest review

Nice house for our family. Met our needs. Could have more utensils in the kitchen. The beds were uncomfortable. House was clean overall however we found chips and garbage under bunk beds and night stands, also thick layer of dust in ceiling fans that we needed to clean. It's apparent that the cleaning crew comes in quickly and is not thorough. Pool and Hot tub worked great. Plenty of room for all of us. Quiet area with distant views of the sound and the ocean. Comfortable common areas. Beach access close by is difficult to navigate. Not handicap accessible. However beach access 27 is only about 8 minutes from the house and worth the drive. If you have small children, Salvo day use area is even closer. Very calm water and restrooms. Just keep in mind there are no life guard stations in this area. Waterman's restaurant is close by and a must!

Big beach house with great pool, hot tub, and game room

The house has plenty of space to move around and hangout. The game room/living space downstairs with dart board, pool table, tv, games, and wet bar was a fun place to hangout. The kitchen and living space upstairs was spacious and comfortable with plenty of sitting. The kitchen has most of the essentials, but was missing a few cooking supplies we typically use. The kitchen is large. There is no pantry space though to store food for the week which was disappointing. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! We enjoyed lounging around the pool area. We do wish there was a table at the pool area or even on the decks to provide more outdoor seating. The outdoor shower and hoses were super nice to wash off after a long day at the beach. There is plenty of space for parking and to keep your beach supplies. The walk to the beach isn’t far, however the closest access doesn’t have a boardwalk which makes it hard if you’re taking a beach cart. However, there is an access just a little farther walk with a boardwalk. The beach is beautiful and is not crowded. We highly recommended the ORV access just a few minutes down the road. Along with the day use areas on the sound for fishing, crabbing, and calmer access for little kids. Overall we had a great stay and were pleased with the area and the house.
