The house was great as far as space for everyone. Had all the items needed for our stay. The only thing I seen that needed to be updated is the living room furniture. The sofa and love seat were not very comfortable.

Great vacay

We had a great stay! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds slept well and fridge worked well. We missed having a grill but that was ok. Would love to stay again!

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is a good beach house. Steps from beach and walking distance to several restaurants. The inside spaces and deck are adequate for six adults (our party), and we could have had several kids there as well if needed. Some finishes could be renewed, but all the important stuff is fine (AC, hot water, washer dryer, kitchen appliances are all good). I would stay here again if I had the opportunity.

All good things! This little gem was Sparkling clean. Comfy bed. Partially covered back deck on oceanfront, quiet east end of beach yet convenient to bridge. Shell collecting epic this year, we also saw turtle tracks nearby. Banner week!

Needs work

The ocean front property was the only good thing. The room was outdated and had insects. The shower heads are so old there rusted.. everything in the house is old and used up. The land owner needs to renovate this property.

Great location, house needs TLC…inside and out

Location perfect. Home size perfect. Had everything we needed for the week. However, cleanliness, below par. For the amount of money we paid to have a home on the beach, the last thing we thought we’d have to do is clean it 30 minutes upon arrival. We hadn’t even stepped foot on the beach yet. Floors were filthy. Cabinets were sticky. Wallpaper falling off of the walls. Parts of the railing on the deck is falling apart. Nails sticking up on some of the deck boards. It just needs a little TLC and then I could see it being worth what we paid. Otherwise, we won’t be renting this house again because of the things mentioned.

Great house/amazing view

We had a great vacation in this home. The home is beautiful and very clean. The beds and living room furniture are comfy. The kitchen is well equipped. You will need a colander if you plan to make spaghetti though lol. The view from the back porch is perfect and relaxing. The outdoor shower under the house has a few extra beach chairs if you need them, which was great considering I couldn’t find one to buy before going on vacation. The walk down to the beach isn’t too far; however, if you get winded easily, it may be a bit far for you. We truly enjoyed this home and the amazing view. We definitely plan on booking this home again.

Love the beach

Lovely beach that was walkable and clean. Home adorable but needed some attention ( flashing outside master bedroom hit the window with wind all night, rusted ceiling lights, carpet needs replacement.) Nonetheless, we would consider this unit again as a go to place for the future. If there was any notable negative, there needs to be better housekeeping. The mold on tub mats, sticky cabinets, stovetop pans and not so clean pots and pans gave us a bit of concern. We cleaned on day one and enjoyed the rest of the week. Thank you for having us!

Good Location, Needs Updating

We've rented this house for several years. It's in a great location. But some things are getting in need of repair. The carpet is so gross and the rugs. They need to be pulled up and have some type of tile throughout the house. I don't understand using carpet in a beach house. The house appears to not be deep cleaned after each season. The bottom of the couch is popped out. The walls haven't had a fresh coat of paint in years. The wall paper is peeling off everywhere. The popcorn ceiling is pullling off above the kitchen sink. The pot lights in the kitchen are rusted. And the mattresses and pillows could use replacing (stained pillows, cheap uncomfortable mattresses). The first year we rented this place we were happy with the cleaniliness but it has degraded over the years to the point of neglect. We are not expecting a gourmet kitchen or professional decorating, but it gets to a point where regular upkeep has been ignored. This could be a fabulous house with some deep cleaning and replacing of those things that are clearly past due.
