Vacation dreams come true at this family-friendly second-row home featuring views of the ocean and the marsh. Walk across the street to the private beach access for fun-filled days on the sand. Back at home, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside for downtime. This home is fully renovated featuring all new flooring, paint, countertops, appliances, vanities, furniture, and TVs, creating an elegant and pristine environment. Spend quality time together in the open living area watching TV, feasting at a large dining table, and preparing meals in the well-equipped full kitchen. Multi-level sundecks are furnished with rockers and offer serene water views. Extra amenities include central heating and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Pack lightly, your vacation rental also has a washer/dryer.

The house was beautiful and clean when we arrived. It was just what we needed. It took a second to work the elevator correctly, but we got it. The balcony was great for rocking at any point of the day.

Beautifully renovated home

This home has a well thought out, open floor plan and was beautifully appointed! Very nicely renovated and decorated. Loved the view off the deck in the back of the home of the marsh! There are 2 nice decks on the front of the home as well. Loved that here was easy access to the beach, very quick walk!

Great Holden Location

We love the low-key atmosphere of Holden Beach. This is a great location with the marsh behind, allows for views on both sides of the house and a more private setting. The bedroom set-up suited us perfectly since the youngest in our group is in their 20’s and over being assigned to bunk beds! Appreciated the amount of contact, checking in on our experience from Vacasa.

The home was lovely. Short walk to the beach and the perfect balcony to listen to the waves in the morning. The kids had room to play without worry that they'd destroy the place. Would have love a guide to the home and area. Example: where the baby gate is and where the closest beach entrance is.

Beautiful home!

This house was perfect for us. Spacious and airy and light inside, large rooms, excellent kitchen, amazing walkable location to the beach, at an up crowded part of the island that’s just two house-rows deep. Some issues between the original rental agency (whose local service was excellent) and the Vacasa takeover (which is lacking) but that didn’t affect the home itself at all. Lovely rental.

Holden Beach 2024 was a hit!

We loved Seabreeze for our family of seven! It is a well appointed home with beach access across the street and 2 houses down. We were surprised by the amount of traffic on Ocean Blvd and the noise was disappointing. Although we weren't able to hear the ocean much we were still able to see peaks of the beautiful ocean. The decor is elegant and beachy, comforters soft and the house was immaculate. A grill would be a nice addition for the night's you don't feel like going out to dinner. Shark tooth hunting was phenomenal! Once you start eyeing them you can't stop! We found great white teeth as big as the palm of our hands. So fun!

Great house for our family beach vacation!

Overall great experience! A little trouble getting access to house via keypad (which was ultimately replaced) but once local agency contact was made, resolution was quick! They also had to replace a part on the oven that wasn’t working but that was fast as well! Kitchen is well-appointed - would have liked an electric griddle or waffle iron for morning breakfast and access to basic beach gear i.e. chairs umbrella, toys which seem to be available with most rentals (if potential additions are being considered). It was great to have 2 living rooms which allowed some kid/adult separation. The front and back decks are amazing with rocking chairs to enjoy quiet coffee or conversation. Fit two families perfectly! Thank you!!

Some good, some not so great

The house is very nice, but wasn’t quite as high quality or up to date as the listing implied. The house is large with several big living spaces and the location is great for a 2nd row home. We did had a few issues during our stay. Some of them were resolved, some weren’t. Upon arrival we realized the floors were filthy. Everyone’s feet were very dirty after walking around for a few hours. We had several kids staying at the house as well as a newly crawling baby so this was a big issue for us. The local office sent someone over quickly to take care of the situation. The cleaning crew that came did a great job, but it was an inconvenience to have to have this done during the first day of our vacation. We also quickly discovered that the dishwasher wasn’t working. The local office sent their maintenance person over to look at it, but he was unable to fix the problem. Apparently this was an on going issue that had not be resolved. They then sent an appliance repair man, but he apparently wasn’t able to resolve the issue either. The dishwasher was never fixed and the management never updated us regarding it. We had 9 people staying at the house and cooked 3 meals a day, so we spent a lot of precious vacation time hand washing dishes. Also the listing said there were some recreational items that weren’t at the house, the local office did offer some of these items, but it was yet another thing we had to deal with. One finally thing that was disappointing was the lack of grill. We’ve rented a several houses at Holden Beach and also had a grill, so we mistakenly assumed we would have access to one. Overall the house is nice, but for the cost we were disappointed with the issues we dealt with during our stay.
