New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

There are wonderful ocean views at this four-bedroom, three-bath duplex located right on the beach and with new furnishings, appliances, and flooring, plus enough space to accommodate all your guests comfortably! The first floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and a hall bath. The second floor has three bedrooms with a king primary suite, a queen, a double/single bunk, and a single bed with a hall bath. This duplex has central heat and air, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, cable TV, and free WiFi. Other amenities include covered porches, an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, parking underneath the unit, a foot wash on the deck, and a private walkway to the beach.

love how close it was to the ocean. The short walk was very nice. Plus the fall festival is going on and we could just walk over there.

Great place

With 6 of us, I was concerned there wouldn't be enough space. But, it was perfect. Our neighbors were great. Proximity to the water was awesome. Community was quiet and friendly. We will be back.

We enjoyed our time there. The house was beautiful,large enough for our family of 5. Shark teeth hunting was fun. We found around 50. We hope to come back in two years and bring some of our other family members with us. Thanks again!

Great ocean views, tasteful decor, excellent location, good floor plan, in need of interior painting, deep clean and interior bed linen and pillow refresh. Could use better kitchen equipment

Holden beach trip 2023

House is in an excellent location. Very neat and clean. Does have some moisture damage that needs to be repaired. Master bedroom has weak spot in the floor. Kitchen is stocked nicely.

Perfect views

This house was perfect to rest and recharge. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the ac was cold. It did need some cleaning once we got there as it wasn’t done great. And there were issues with the dishwasher not working and the downstairs bedroom tv not working. The management company was fantastic to deal with and they handled the dishwasher as promptly as possible. We weren’t worried about the tv, but wanted them to be aware so they could replace for future guests. Overall a fantastic stay!

Location was excellent. We where disappointed in cooking utensils, they have outlived their usefulness.. Had to unclog upstairs tub twice. The upstairs main bedroom windows were not locked when arrived and was unable to lock upon departure. Outlet in downstairs bedroom behind lamp was unusable.

Exactly What you Need!

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Beavers Place W. We have been to Holden Beach several times already and it never disappoints. This is our first time using Vacasa and must I say it was a great experience. Plenty of towels, clean upon arrival, and great customer service when a problem arrived (which was nothing major). The house itself was great. Perfect use of space. I will second the other comments that the house just needs a little TLC but those things can be easily fixed and we're not deal breakers. We loved the front deck that had its own private shower to rense the sand off (a necessity with children). We were skeptical about the duplex situation, but it was a great experience and never had an issue with neighbors. This place offered the shortest walk we have ever had to the beach at Holden. It was awesome! I must add we found 126 sharks teeth and several of what the locals call "sea biscuits". It was a fantastic trip and would 100% stay at Beavers Place W again! Highly recommend!

Repairs needed

Vacasa was awesome. They fixed the issues they were able to quickly. That being said this house needs a lot of repairs. There is extensive moisture damage, the sheetrock on the second floor is separating in several places. The property was clean in some areas and very dirty in others. The rug downstairs needs to be thrown out or professionally cleaned. Same for the downstairs chair. There is a weak spot in the master bedroom, the blinds upstairs were also broken (Vacasa brought replacements), the drains were clogged (Vacasa sent someone to fix this), the paneling on the stairs is separating from the wall. The kitchen is nice and stocked well except for glasses. We only had 4 tall glasses which was annoying. The location was amazing, the deck wa great, the views from the living room and master bedroom were exceptional. If all of these issues were fixed this would be a 5 star spot and I’d book again. As is, I would stay in the area again but not this unit.

Vacasa is the best!

We loved our experience through Vacasa! We vacationed through them this year- Oct/2022. We were pleased with our experience. We had issues with our initial beach rental and with the help of a sweet lady (Kay) who works through Vacasa our situation was quickly resolved and we were into a great rental within hours! We are forever grateful! Our trip ended up being the best one yet and we’ve been going to Holden Beach for 12 years. We highly recommend Vacasa if you’re thinking of booking a family vacation. Hands down the best!

Great place for family. Property was clean and almost perfect location. Beach not crowded. Easy walk for ice cream, dinner and live music. Lots and lots of shells. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful place to vacation

The only thing was the kitchen materials. There was not enough tupper ware or large cooking pots. Loved the deck and bedrooms. All areas were very clean.

Nice Duplex - but Warning

Very nicely furnished, great location, lots of tv’s. But if you like to cook in, be warned - no grill, one frying pan, no skillet, no whisk, no spoon with holes, no colander, no electric can opener and manual one doesn’t work. Poorest kitchen equipment in 35 years of renting. A true shame for such a nice place. If you eat out, no worries!
