This oceanfront condo has everything you need for a relaxing getaway at the beach! Along with direct beach access from the complex, you'll enjoy endless on-site fun, with features including an in-ground pool, tennis courts, and BBQ grills. Other outdoor recreation includes walking trails and historic sites at Fort Macon State Park, less than a mile from the condo. Shopping, charter services, boat rentals, and great local dining options are within minutes of home.

Bright and inviting, the condo comes well-appointed for modern coastal comfort. The private balcony is a great place to watch the sunrise, but it also makes a perfect spot for happy hour with a wet bar equipped inside for mixing up your favorite libations. The kitchen comes with everything you need for home cooking, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table for making memories. The airy living room is furnished for comfortable home lounging. Stream your favorite shows and movies on the TV or browse the web with complimentary WiFi. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer are also equipped for added convenience and comfort.

Perfect for quit relaxing family vacation

This is our second year staying at this location. They parking is close and convenient. The ground is very family oriented and well maintained. The pool is large. They added a mat that cover the sand for access the beach!( loved this for a family with a wagon!!) A great vacation spot.

Nice pools... Nice to have an elevator and cart for luggage... Not crowded beach area.... Plenty of parking... Third floor and up easy to see the water.

Great view!

Amazing view and nice property with a beautiful pool and easy access to the beach. The 3rd bedroom with the double bed is really tight. The furniture and decor really should be updated as it is very dated and in the case of the dining table chairs, stained. If you keep your eyes on the view outside, you won’t be disappointed!

Nice place at the beach.

Athough I had no problems I did report a few minor maintenance issues to Nate. His customer service is unrivaled in the industry. I have extensive travel experience and I know A+ when I see it. Thanks Nate and the rest of your team. I will be back.

Stunning view

View was beautiful, unit was spacious and condo amenities included pool (indoor and outdoor), pickle ball and grills. Unit itself is outdated and furniture worn but that’s probably why it’s a better price. Bedroom with double bed is very small but worked for our teen. We needed to clean unit because furniture was dusty and sand in closets. Lock on door does not unlock with code so we had to share a key which was difficult.

All must wear pool tags!

Rented condo so my daughter could have 16 th birthday with friends. Only got 3 tags for the pool although I plainly stated I would have 6 people staying. Went to the pool and the lobby manager immediately came out harassing us for all 6 of us to have pool tags. He almost threw us out of the pool that I had paid to use. Will not stay at sands villa again.
