This oceanfront condo has everything you need for a relaxing getaway at the beach! Along with direct beach access from the complex, you'll enjoy endless on-site fun, with features including an in-ground pool, tennis courts, and BBQ grills. Other outdoor recreation includes walking trails and historic sites at Fort Macon State Park, less than a mile from home. Shopping, charter services, boat rentals, and great local dining options are within minutes of home.

Bright and inviting, the condo comes well-appointed for modern coastal comfort. The private balcony is a great place to watch the sunrise, but it also makes a perfect spot for happy hour- a wet bar is equipped inside for mixing up your favorite libations. The kitchen comes with everything you need for home cooking, and the living room is furnished for comfortable home lounging. Stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV or browse the web with complimentary WiFi. The only thing is that there was no pillow case for the extra pillow in the closet and there was no linen for the pull out couch bed. I don't remember anything saying we needed to bring any but I can't remember but we made it work! Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The pool was fantastic! The park was so cute and it was nice having security around as well.

Beautiful Beachfront

This property is in a perfect location for enjoying this lovely section of Atlantic Beach on the Crystal Coast. The pools were great and the playground was a nice surprise. It is nicely furnished and staff at Vacasa were very helpful.

Nice Condo for family of six

The condo was in a perfect location. It was very clean. The Host staff were very kind and helpful. It was spacious enough for a family of 6 to be very comfortable. The kids loved the beach and both pools.

Needs updating and fresh paint. Baseboards need work. Property was clean and well appointed. Could use some new bed pillows as the ones on the master are worn and flat. Condo is in a good location that is convenient to everything there is to do, see and eat in the area.

We absolutely loved Sands Villa 225. The location on the island was great very easy to get to very clearly marked. On a slower end of the island. Short distance to shops and food in Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, Beaufort. The place was clean sand free. Indoor Pool was clean and hot tub was marvelous. Great ocean view with no obstructions. Two minute walk to the beach. Very clean very spacious beach. Best for families and couples. Third bedroom with bunk bed is more of a half bed room but great for teens. We rented bikes and road around town and to Fort Macon. I recommend this location.

Beautiful Atlantic Beach

This is a very old- and showing it’s age - complex. This unit really needs updating, especially the kitchen. The coil stove top did not function properly. There were both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. But bring EVERYTHING- it would have been nice to find salt and pepper and maybe a bit of coffee for the first morning joe. Also bring ALL beach goods. This is very much an economy unit.

Great Spot on the Beach

Perfect location and price is very fair but level set expectations. Unit has some wear and it shows. Kitchen has way too much stuff. It's accumulated so much over the years and the cabinets are full. Owner needs to go thru them and toss a lot of extras. Unit could afford a few furniture updates in the bedrooms. BUT, overall, it was clean and Vacasa was great to work with. Only thing that nerked me was the bunk beds weren't made when we arrived. All the other beds were. If you want a clean unit that's a great location and prices very fair, this is a solid unit. My recommendation to the owner is to clean out the extras and do some cosmetic fixes and updates.

Tired but tranquil

We really enjoy Sands Villa. The property is well-maintained and beautiful. It offers an outdoor and indoor swimming pool a direct route to a vast beach and a quiet haven. However, the condo is a bit tired. It needs a deep clean, a paint job, new mattresses, and bedding. Otherwise, the condo has everything you need for a fabulous vacation. For those who are detail oriented: the kitchen has plenty of glasses, plates, bowls, and silverware. There our pots and pans and mixing bowls, a Keurig, coffee pot, a drip pot, and a blender. There is not much storage space though. The Wi-Fi is great. There’s a TV in every room with lots of apps. There are plenty of outlets in the rooms. The balcony has four chairs and a table overlooking a beautiful view.

Fairly close to beach. Nice view. Quiet. Comfortable. Easy loading in and out. Kitchen amenities sparse. Floors not clean when we arrived. Balcony covered with charcoal dust. Hot/cold controls reversed in shower. 11 remotes for 4 TVs were impossible to decipher. On/off and volume controls for master bedroom were only operable manually on the TV itself, not by remote. 5 (five) remotes for living room TV. Unbelievable.
