We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the newly renovated unit, the updated appliances and furnishings, and especially the easy access to both the pool and the beach. It’s great that the location worked well for your stay. That said, we appreciate you pointing out the cleanliness concerns and the seating limitations. Floors should absolutely be clean upon arrival, and worn-out shower curtains should be replaced before guests check in. We also understand how frustrating it can be when there isn't enough seating for everyone to enjoy meals together. Your feedback is being shared with the local team to address these issues so the unit can truly live up to its full potential. We hope to welcome you back for a smoother, more comfortable stay.
