Make your family's vacation memorable in this lovely, oceanfront condo at Dunescape Villas in Atlantic Beach. This condo features all the comforts of home and all the amenities desired for a great vacation! No need to worry about carrying the luggage up the stairs to your condo - there is an elevator and luggage carts available to make for easy access. Imagine yourself basking in the sun around the outdoor community swimming pool while the children frolic in the water. Or follow the walkway to the beautiful, white, sandy beach where you can ride the waves, build sandcastles, or collect seashells!


This condominium offers a comfortable living room that is great for relaxing or cooling down after a busy day at the beach. Give yourself a time out and allow yourself to be carried away by the breathtaking view of the ocean and feel the refreshing ocean breeze as you unwind on the screened-in balcony just off of the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has all major and small appliances, making cooking for the family a breeze. Don't forget: the courtyard has shared charcoal grills for those delightful family barbecues. You'll have great dinner conversations after a fun day at the beach or other area attractions! When it's time for lights out, you have three bedrooms waiting to lull you to sleep.


Don't worry about not having enough beach towels. You will find a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer located in the front screened-in foyer. Additional in-suite amenities include four TVs and a DVD player. The free WiFi access makes it easy for you to post your favorite vacation memories to your social media. There are still ongoing issues with the balcony doors (see previous reviews) and needs some updates and TLC. Good location, awesome beach, great pool!

Week at the Beach

We had a great week at the beach. Very nice condo, close to the beach with a very nice pool. Main balcony not so great due to old rusty outside furniture. Main balcony door doesn’t work and appears to be a long term problem based on previous reviews.

Stay at 223

The unit was very dirty arrival for vacation. We called VACASA and they got the unit cleaned for us that evening upon check in. Also, the unit is not updated and needs man things fixed (doors, appliances, and bathrooms). Would not stay at this unit.

Beautiful views and amazing access to the beach

This condo had everything we needed for our stay, from making a meal, doing a load of laundry, plenty of hot water, comfy beds, to making a meal. The master bedroom was a bit hot but we managed with fans provided by vacasa and the sliding glass door in the master was broken. They attempted to fix it, but parts had to be ordered. And one of the toilet seats was wobbly. Nothing is perfect though... The views here were amazing and the access to the beach and pool were steps away!! The staff was very helpful and it was very quiet and peaceful here. Minor issues and a wonderful experience.

Not too bad

As much as they charge for the cleaning fee I would have expected it to be alot cleaner. There is dust absolutely every where, in every corner and every surface. Dog hair or cat hair was ALL OVER the couch and beds. You could simply walk through the house kicking up dust. The dishes were disgusting when we got there. The rooms weren't bad and the view was nice. Not to bad of a stay but was far from happy with all the dust
