Very Nice

The property was very clean and functional for our family of 7. Beach access was close by and easy to navigate. Would stay here again.

Clean beautiful space with generous sized rooms. Easy access to the beach. Wish that there was more parking as guests in the other units took up most of the available spaces. Appreciated the excellent communication and fast service when the AC had a hiccup.

Close to the beach. Convenient. The entire property is good for large families looking to vacation together if you get each apartment (A, B, C, D). Would stay again

Excellent location, just across from the beach.Condo was fine, although a bit dated. Bedrooms/bathroom were small.All three chairs on the porch were torn.All in all, wonderful vacation.

Great location. Very clean. The beds in the smaller rooms were very soft and creaky. The kitchen could have been better stocked. Not enough dishes for more than 4 people

Great location and near of beach.

Great location and near of the grocery store Beach, very spacious the apartment look new . my complaints about the beds and mattress uncomfortable 2 rooms the beds make a lot of noise every movement , the ceiling fans were very dusty And AC cover . The shower curtain was had a lot of mold on it they need change .

Cute place

This is a very cute 3 bd 2 bath condo. The bedrooms each have a queen bed that is against 1 wall. Something to consider if a bunch of single people need to share beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Not super comfortable but it works. Beach access could hardly be easier with an access path at either end of the block. It’s also an easy walk to a group of bars and restaurants. The place has an outdoor shower so it’s easy to keep the inside relatively sand free. The front deck has several chairs and is a lovely place to hang out and socialize. The property owner was very responsive to my questions. 2 thumbs up!

We had a blast staying here even though the weather was not so nice we had red flags every day so we didnt get to enjoy the ocean but we go to Atlantic Beach NC for our once a year family vacation and we are use to the weather here! This place worked great for just 4 of us. We really enjoyed the location and truly loved the out door showers with hot water! Which made coming in from the beach so much more nicer! The departure day we were in a panic, my son lost his wallet so I called the contact on this rental and told him our delima and we felt as if all 4 of us went through this place with a fine tooth comb! The folks were so understanding and told us no worries just as long as the cleaners could get in. Needless to say we left without finding his wallet, we got home like 5 hours later and dumped all bags still no wallet. My son called and canceled all his cards and 1 hour later the rental company called and to our amazement the cleaning crew found his wallet and nothing was missing!! They offered to mail it but he went back the next morning to pick it up!

Great Property

The property is just as listed. The condo was clean and in a great location. It is a short walk to the beach access and the beach was not crowded. Located only minutes from the bridge to Morehead. I traveled with my children, their cousins, and a friend. The children ranged in age from 8-16 and we had no problems. Only thing I would suggest, is that if you are traveling in a large vehicle, you may need to park behind the condo, as the parking can be a bit tight.Would definitely stay here again.

Cute beach themed property

Accurate description and up-to-date photos of rooms. Well laid out and furnished rooms. Comfortable beds and reclining chair with foot stool. Great location! Right by the beach access and very close to "the circle". Only complaint was; TVs were fairly small. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Love, love, love

I would love to have a little place like this for myself. It was just enough room. Everything was clean. The furniture and appliances were excellent! It’s right across from the beach but there was a little break where we could see the ocean from our front porch. The check in was easy. The property managers were very helpful the whole time. I would definitely recommend renting this location.

Our favorite

Wonderful property! This is our second stay here and we enjoy this rental. Only issue this time was with the occupants on the other side of the building. They were up most of the night, every night with very loud music. Kept my little ones up, but I understand it is hard to prevent this.
