We loved our stay here. The location was fantastic, super close to multiple subway lines, tons of great places to eat nearby. The host has wonderful communication and checked in several times to ensure everything was great. We would certainly stay here again.

Great property in a wonderful, safe, and exciting neighborhood. Enjoyed every minute. The host is an excellent communicator. This place is a real winner! Would definitely stay here again, and again!

As the other reviewers have said, the location is great if you want to be in the hub of the city. The bed was comfortable. The apt is located in the Avalon apt building. We stayed on the 35th floor. The pictures do not match the apt we stayed in. As others have stated, there were issues with cleanliness and checkin. Considering the 200 cleaning fee, it should have been spotless. The rugs looked soiled and in need of a vacum. Areas around door handles, surfaces and refrigerator were dirty. For the four of us there were only 4 bath towels, and one kitchen towel. No hand towels, no wash cloths, 2 coffee cups, and one bathroom without toilet paper. It took 24 hours before those things were delivered. The checkin was quite unusual. Meet on a street corner (not the apt bldg) and don't be late or you will be charged if you're more than 5 minutes late. Don't show security at the entrance the messages they've sent. If they ask, tell them you're a guest of *****.

Met the host off property to escort us into unit. Everything we needed was there. Spacious 2 bedroom. One person chose to sleep on couch (not fold out) and was perfectly comfortable. Kitchen had coffee, fridge and what we needed for 4 day stay. Plenty of towels and linens. Building is excellent location and has laundry facilities on lower floor. Enjoyed our time.

The location is absolutely unbeatable—everything we needed was just steps away, yet the neighborhood still felt peaceful and welcoming. Inside, the space was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a modern design that made us feel instantly at home. The layout was perfect for our family, offering both comfort and functionality. Every detail, from the sleek finishes to the thoughtful touches, showed true care and quality. It was the ideal blend of style, convenience, and warmth. We can’t wait to come back!

This was perfect location to Times Square and Broadway, conveniently located next to subway station, walking distance to lots of good stuff. The place is very comfy and spacious. Checkin was a bit of an inconvenience as there’s no self Checkin so you have to coordinate with the housekeeper to meet up for key and there’s a fee for every few min you’re late past your meet up time so that’s something to be aware of.. also, the cleanliness was rated 4 due to the large cleaning fee and the bathrooms were not clean when we arrived visible hair on the floor by baseboards and dirty drinking glasses in cupboard, also the toilet underneath the seat wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. Felt like we were doing something wrong by staying there because we were told to not stop at the front desk and to be dishonest about who we are “staying with” during our stay.. made it very awkward every time we walked thru.. Aside from those things, we were ok with the place. Lost communication with the coordinator after first day though he said he was out of town.

Definite pros and cons with our stay….Location was great. The apartment was definitely spacious and nicely decorated. I knew with the location it was going to be noisy so came prepared with sound machine, thank God. Was given 3 towels and 1 washcloth for 3 people/4 night stay. No kitchen linens at all. I requested more linens and was finally brought extras the afternoon before we checked out!. Returned from a long day out to find the electricity was turned off and there was a notification from the electric company. That was really frustrating. It was turned back on the same night, but we were in the dark for 2 hours and just wanted to chill and watch TV after walking 10 miles that day. I really feel like we should be given some sort of credit for that inconvenience. Was shown where the top sheets for the beds were in the closet…. Why not have them on the bed with the rest of the linens? Didn’t like the fact that we were brought in from a back entry like a secret and told to “avoid the front desk” and if asked, to say we were guests of (name given to us). Ultimately…our trip was good, but I think some improvement could be made.

Good location but multiple issues with the place:- No flat sheets on beds to create a barrier for the blankets. It is expected to have a sheet for hygiene and comfort. It creates a cleaner barrier, ensuring the blanket does not come into direct contact with the guest. - Fitted sheets on both beds had blue and red marker stains and yellowish large stain that looked like spilled drink. Even if that sheet was washed, it just did not look clean and inviting. We texted the person who checked us in asking where we could find replacement sheets and received no answer.- Toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms was broken and hanging down the wall.- Two towels had moldy smell, they looked used. One of them had several dirty stains. We texted the host and he replied that towels have floral design and that may look like a stain. That towel was in light monochrome color so dirty stains were easily observable and recognizable. - No wash clothes. Apparently, they do not offer these at all. - One of the cups in the kitchen had coffee stains all over it. It looked like it was barely rinsed, but not washed. - Food crumbs and small pieces of paper all over the floors, especially in the kitchen. Dust bunnies here and there. We found a broom and cleaned the floors as much as we could. Most unpleasant experience. - Dirty area rug with multiple crumbs all over it.

I recently stayed here with my family during a trip to New York, and I wanted to share an honest review.The location is absolutely phenomenal—truly one of the best parts of this place. It’s right where you want to be, especially if you’re visiting Times Square. The host was also very polite and responsive, which I appreciated.That said, there were a few issues that need improvement. Cleanliness was the main concern. The carpets didn’t appear to be vacuumed, and even the “clean” sheets had hair on them, which was disappointing. With better attention to detail, this could easily be avoided.The check-in process was also a bit unclear. Communication was done via text, and we were guided to enter through the back in a somewhat discreet way. It wasn’t necessarily a problem, but it would have been helpful to have a clear explanation ahead of time so we knew what to expect.Additionally, when I reported that the hallway bathroom tub was retaining water, I was told maintenance would come the next day. I understand it was already late (around 8 PM), but a simple apology or a temporary solution would have gone a long way.Overall, the place itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential. With better attention to cleanliness and clearer communication, this could easily be a top-tier stay in such an amazing location.
