Our stay at this house was excellent all around. Great location, kitchen very well equipped, beds all comfortable, water pressure impressive, very clean and well kept. Everyone enjoyed their stay and hope to be back.

I feel in the long haul a personal phone check in for Access and OTHER instructions and explanations works so much better to save both me and guests multiple calls. The house is perfect for a large family! It's open and beautiful. The bed's comfortable each bedroom is decorated beautifully. Bathrooms are plenty big! Kitchen is awesome and has anything and everything you want!! We will rent again.

Home was clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood, beds were comfy and the absolute best stocked kitchen. Host was very communicative with check-in process and we enjoyed our 3-night stay.

Property was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our girls getaway. The three full bathrooms were a huge plus and the kitchen was immaculate. We had no issues with the coffee maker or locks or parking. The location is so close to downtown and ride share was inexpensive. We’d absolutely look to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Birmingham again.

Walton is so easy to work with and explained everything clearly. The house is in great condition, nice safe quiet neighborhood and still very close to downtown. We have already booked our next stay at the house!

This was in a great location and spacious home for our wedding events over the weekend, and very clean with lots of extra towels. We had a couple of challenges of things in the house, but it is well stocked for a solid stay (we were hardly there). This is the first time we've ever had to talk to the owner instead receiving check-in & check-out procedures via VRBO. Not the most convenient, but was the owner's preference.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you didn't like my checkin process. I have found from. years of experience that Letting guests make notes and be able to ask questions up front make the process much smoother. I have tried email and other ways but like you most People Do No Read... so I make them take notes and it seems to sink in better. But I am so happy everything works out quite well for you and you enjoyed your stay.

Unique, spacious home with a combination of antiques and modern furnishings. Bathrooms and kitchen are nicely remodeled. There are two very large master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and three other comfortable bedrooms plus another bathroom. The dining & living area is huge. We enjoyed eating in the smaller room off the kitchen with a window bump-out looking into the yard. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly want. The house was very clean. It was nice to have parking in the 2-car carport. The neighborhood is tricky to find because of many one-way streets & dead ends but GPS will take you directly to the house. The neighborhood is gentrifying but despite the many renovations underway it was still quiet and felt very safe & peaceful. It's about a 20 minute drive to downtown & the Alabama Theatre.

Thank you so much for your review. I am sorry you had a hard time with the expensive coffee pot on the counter but as you were told there are multiple different types of makers available to guest in the pantry, from the pod cup type to the most basic. You did have choices.

This was a great place for 6 of us to stay for a golf trip. Lots of beds with clean linens and towels. Well stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils. The neighborhood is a bit out of the way, but quiet and safe. Be prepared as there was no hand/bath soap/shampoo provided.
