Thank you for sharing your experience, Compan Family. We’re glad you found the stay enjoyable overall, and we appreciate you taking a moment to leave your feedback. We’re sorry we weren’t made aware that the door lock was giving you trouble during your stay, as we would have appreciated the opportunity to have it looked into while you were with us. Evan, we’re very sorry that the access code provided for your stay did not work and that our team was unable to assist you in time to access the property. We understand that having to wait for assistance and ultimately make other arrangements significantly disrupted your plans. Although an alternative access option was provided later, by that point you had already arranged different accommodations and were no longer able to use the property. We also recognize that you had contacted us earlier that day and expected timely assistance, and we apologize that we did not provide the support you needed when it mattered most. We sincerely regret the disruption to your trip and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.

Thank you, Patricia, for your feedback. We are happy you enjoyed this home. We sincerely apologize for the issues you have encountered during your stay. We will continue to work with both our local staff and homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you.
