We absolutely loved our stay at this finca. As soon as we came through the gates we knew it had exceeded expectations. It had everything we needed - lovely outdoor area, swimming pool and lovely inside. We were five minutes from Pollensa old town and a further five minutes to Puerte de Pollensa. Maria was a fabulous hosted - always quick to reply to questions and happy to offer advice. We can’t wait to return.

Great property in a lovely area

Ideal property for a relaxing holiday in the sun, just out of town but easy to get to local shops and resorts.Sitting by the pool in the sun with beautiful mountains all around was perfect.

Wonderful villa in Pollenca

We had a great time in Pollenca. Nice house in nature and our kids really enjoyed the pool. House caters to all your needs and host was very helpful.We'd love to return some time.

Great place to stay and not too far from the beach if needed but the pool area is fantastic. Having two outdoor seating areas is also good for breakfast and dinner time for keeping in the shade.The owners (Maria) were very helpful to us and our visitors and also helpful with places to eat out and very responsive to any enquiries that we had.I would reccomend this Villa as a great place to stay having 3 bedrooms & bathrooms and lovely gardens.

This villa was wonderful very clean and spacious the host and father could not do enough for you. My husband and I really recommend for any future visitors.

Great time in a perfect house!

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful and secluded villa. The pool was amazing to cool down in, and the view from the poolside sunbeds towards the surounding hills was spectacular. It was really easy to check in and the house was very clean. Maria was helpful and easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

Excellent villa for our family holiday. Maria was very quick with responses to our enquiries. Excellent indoor or covered outdoor eating locations. Well appointed kitchen. Super clean inviting swimming pool. Loved it.

Good to be Back

Could not wait to return for what was our third visit. Fantastic villa in a lovely quiet location. The hosts are so welcoming and communication is excellent. The villa is spotlessly clean and the pool area is just idyllic. Thoroughly recommend it.

Beautifully presented and perfectly appointed for a relaxed family holiday. Friendly, responsive hosts and a beautiful, quiet location made this a wonderful break. Whilst not too far from Pollença (walkable - c. 2.5km in each direction) a car is definitely needed but the benefit is a lovely rural location that is not overlooked and (certainly when we stayed) quiet and tranquil with beautiful mountain views on 3 sides. If we return to the Pollença area, this villa would be amongst the first that I would look to book, having stayed at 4 different villas in the area over recent years. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Maria’s villa was delightful. We loved everything about it. The villa is well equipped so you can easily cook at home , the beds are comfortable with air con in the rooms. The pool area is wonderful with lots of comfy sun loungers, pool toys and towels. The gardens are something else immaculately kept and a stunning view of mountains all around. We all totally loved it a wonderful, peaceful holiday ! Thanks Maria

Well equipped villa in beautiful surroundings

We have just returned from a week at this villa and had a great time. The villa is very well equipped and is situated a 5 minute drive of Pollensa. Maria couldn’t have been more helpful both before and during our holiday. Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa are beautiful and we will definitely return to this area.

Excellent villa near Pollensa

Well situated villa, near the road from Pollensa to Soller, but the lovely mature garden provides ample privacy and quiet. A short drive to a car park from where there is easy access to the old town of Pollensa. Villa is well equipped, with a lovely pool. The host Maria was superb, particularly in helping us have our missing luggage delivered. A very enjoyable holiday.

A paradise of calm

We had a lovely stay at Maria’s place. It is very close to the main road but absolutely calm. Great views of the mountains. The children loved to play table tennis and to pick oranges from the garden. The house itself is comfortable and has everything you need. Maria was a lovely host. We would love to return.

Beautiful Villa! Garden of Eden!

We absolutely loved this place. Spotlessly clean. Everything has been thought about. The pool is amazing and very regularly cleaned. The host is absolutely charming and speaks perfect English! Highly recommended. 5 Stars.

It is hard to put into words what an incredible experience we had staying at Maria's villa. The property is stunning, the pool, grounds and views are breathtaking, the kitchen has everything you could ever need, the house is large and inviting, and the check-in process could not be easier. If air conditioning is a priority (like it is for my husband), no worries because the air conditioning works beautifully. Pollenca is a charming little town and very close by.However, what made this trip so special was the host, Maria. She went above and beyond for us, embraced us and made us feel like family. When our car rental cancelled on us, she drove us to town and made phone calls with different car rental agencies since almost everyone was booked, and then drove us to different rental offices until we could obtain a car. She even offered to bring us to beaches and grocery stores for the duration of our stay if we were unable to obtain a rental car. Not only that, but even without knowing about the car troubles, she had bread, pastries, meats, cheese and beverages waiting for us to arrive at the villa. She is warm and incredibly kind and generous. She was available on WhatsApp with advice or to answer our questions. Staying at her home did not feel like staying at a rental - it felt like we were traveling to visit a close family friend. I will of course recommend this villa to all my friends and family without hesitation.

Magical stay in the mountains

This villa is fabulous. We had such a wonderful stay. It is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The pool is AMAZING especially with the surrounding pool loungers and umbrellas. The garden is beautiful and you can tell how loved it is. The house is well equipped and Maria is a fantastic host, always happy to reply to messages and queries and left a very kind welcome basket on arrival. The house is a short drive (5/6 minutes) from the supermarket and the other towns and beaches are within easy reach. Would highly recommend. 5 stars!

Relaxing Villa with fantastic pool

I would highly recommend this villa and hope to visit it again in the future. The process and communication was incredibly straightforward, the villa was spotless and the welcome pack was much appreciated. We hired a car, I think you’d struggle without one, but everything was in close driving distance and the roads were easy to navigate, with most locations offering free parking with reasonable availability. We made the most of the pool, it was fabulous. A great size, lovely and warm with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The gardens and outdoor dining spaces were great, offering plenty of shade. All in all we had a fantastic week’s holiday!

The Villa was outstanding, such a beautiful place to relax. Very clean and well equipped with everything you could imagine. Maria was an excellent host, and always there to help with any queries. There is also a lovely off-road country lane that goes all the way from the Villa into Pollenca, it's a lovely walk (approx 2km) and you get to see the real Mallorcan countryside, and the town of Pallenca has lovely little cafes and the centre of the town is like something like you'd see in an old movie :-). The beach is only 7-10 mins drive, there is a fantastic Lidl Supermarket, again, only 5 minutes drive which has wonderful fresh meat and seafood produce, 5 star products and all sourced from Mallorca. There is also a top class restaurant 2km from the villa just off the main road, La Brazzeria (2 mins drive, the food is world class and not too costly). We would love to stay in the Villa again, it was one of the best holidays we ever had! Thank you Maria and Family xx

Beautiful Villa

We totally fell in love with this absolutely beautiful villa. Everything was perfect, from the swimming pool to the views and area. Our little granddaughter loved seeing the sheep next door and obviously the whole family had many hours of fun in the pool and enjoying the bbq for dinner. Maria was very helpful and was very quick with communication before and during our stay. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, so many little helpful things there to make your trip easier like beach bags, towels, Lilo blow ups for the pool etc etc. We were welcomed with a generous food parcel to get us settled in before needing to go to the supermarket so that was a nice touch. All in all we cannot fault this stay and would recommend a stay here. So relaxing and stress free. Thanks Maria and her family for our stay 😊

Great stay with one or two glitches

We turned off road along track, the track divided into two, however, it was not obvious where to go. Walked around & eventually found entrance with sliding gate which looked like fixed fence. Once inside, villa lovely, only comments would be floor rugs in bedrooms are a trip hazard so we moved them. Cooker not easy to light & only matches which was dangerous as electronic lighter not working! Would have helped with instructions in villa how to light oven as not obvious! Apart from these comments overall, we would recommend this villa to anyone

Very pleasant and quiet house

Very nice property, in a pleasant environment, surrounded by fruit trees and overlooking the mountains! Quiet, and a few km from the amenities of Pollença Villa very well equipped, we particularly appreciated the welcome kit that avoids shopping for the first evening and breakfast. Maria has been really responsive to our demands. We recommend this villa!

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen! 🥰Die gesamte Außenanlage ist wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet. Besonders der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight – richtig schön und perfekt zum Entspannen.Auch die Unterkunft selbst hat uns vollkommen überzeugt. Alles war sehr sauber und vor allem in der Küche war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Generell hat es uns an nichts gefehlt – die Ausstattung war durchdacht und es war einfach alles da, was man sich für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt wünscht.Die Kommunikation mit Maria war jederzeit schnell, unkompliziert und unglaublich freundlich. Wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt!Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Für uns war wirklich alles rundum top! Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!
