This home is centrally located in the heart of Isle of Palms. Just steps away is the Isle of Palms County Park which gives beachgoers access to the only area of the beach that has seasonally staffed lifeguards, boardwalks, a picnic area, sand volleyball, children's play area, snack bar, and other facilities. Within three blocks, you can walk to a variety of restaurants, beach shops, and bars. The local grocery store is also just a short walk away. You can hop in the car and drive less than two and a half miles to the local marine to rent jet skis, paddleboards, boat tours and more.

Great location

The house itself was great. It was spacious with an open layout and a great deck in a perfect location for us. It could have been cleaner (dust bunnies, blood stain on mattress pad that we didn’t see until we removed the sheets at the end of our stay). The nonstick pans were scratched, but if you don’t want to cook, it was fine. The communication with the management company was poor. Since we were arriving late at night, I tried to get in contact with them beforehand to make sure there wouldn’t be an issue at 11:00pm the night of arrival. They told me I would pick up the keys at the Vacasa office when I checked in. It didn’t make sense for them to leave keys unattended in the office mailbox, so I inquired again to ask if I needed a lock box code or something. I was told again that the keys would be in the box. When we got there at 11:00, there were no keys but a code to a lockbox that we couldn’t find in the dark. We figured it had to be next to the front door, but it wasn’t. We ended up finding it, but it’s exactly what I was trying to avoid after a long day of traveling. If someone at the management company could have given us the location of the lockbox, at some point in the many phone calls that I had made prior to arrival, it would have made checking in so much smoother.

14 Beachside was clean and comfortable. The decor was fun, there was plenty of comfortable furniture, the kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of space for us to be together or apart.

Fantastic location

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip with our kids and our friends and their child. Wide open space and only a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Highly recomemended for families!

Awesome Beach House!

My husband and I stayed here with our 5 year old. The house had excellent beach and pool access. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Very close proximity to restaurants and and a grocery store. I have already recommended this rental to a friend!!

Girl’s Trip

This house was great for our first girl’s trip. The location was close to the beach. We even walked down the beach about 5 or 10 mins and was able to reach the Isle of Palms boardwalk area.

This property was absolutely fabulous. My family stayed her for my nephews wedding. It was clean, spacious for 5 people and nice and bright with the skylights!

Lovely IOP home

House is lovely, clean and very well maintained. Location is excellent. When reservation was made, description included screened in porch which was high priority for us. When we arrived, no screened in porch (porch had been enclosed and no screens on windows). Immediately reported this to rental office and requested property manager call me. Did not receive call. Upon check out, again requested property manager call me. Did not receive call. Property description has since been updated to reflect enclosed porch but pictures still show screened porch. Additionally, small amenities (box of tissues, dish towel, lighter for grill, salt and pepper) would improve rental experience at very little cost.

Mothers Birthday

My family and I took my mom here fir her birthday for the weekend. We had plenty of room for everyone to have a nice dinner. Great place to stay.

Great Location

Nothing fancy but this rental is very close (3 minute walk) to the beach and centrally located to the business district, grocery store and IOP Connector. The furnishings are outdated but I would stay here for a short stay with friends again.

We had a great time in Isle of Palms. The pictures of the property do not do it justice. The home is really nice and had lots of extras we were not expecting. We will most definitely return.

Great house. Close to everything

This is like the 5th time staying in this house. We love it's location. Close to everything. The recent updates are great. Nice kitchen. Updated bathrooms. Pull out couch. Unfortunately this trip we ran into an ant problem. We contacted Wyndham and got no response. We had to take care of it ourselves which is disappointing. But I will stay here again.

Incredibly easy process checking in and out and house was exactly as advertised. Clean, peaceful and well furnished. The breeze off the ocean makes it way gently onto the screened in back porch. Nice access to the beach and a walk to the Harris Teeters and a few restaurants. Thank you for everything!
