âą Parking passes are required. Two passes will be provided inside the unit upon arrival. Parking is complimentary during the rental period only. Guests must fill out each pass with their unit number and stay dates, and display it visibly in their vehicle at all times.
âą No motorhomes, oversized vehicles, boats, campers, trailers, or non-motorized vehicles are permitted.
âą No vehicle repairs of any kind (including oil changes) may be carried out on the property.
âą No parking in any numbered spot that does not match your unit number. All vehicles must follow posted parking rules. Violations may result in towing at the vehicle ownerâs expense.
