Salon, salle à manger et cuisine à aire ouverte très spacieux. Parfait pour une petite fête. 2 chambres à coucher. 1 chambre a un lit king size. Une grande chambre avec lits superposés a un lit king size et deux lits superposés. Beaucoup d'espace au sol pour les sacs de couchage dans le salon pour les invités aventureux. Grand canapé en cuir, fauteuil en cuir surdimensionné avec pouf. Non seulement il se trouve à distance de marche du village de Luther avec ses tavernes, sa boutique de cadeaux, son comptoir d’antiquités, ses quincailleries (permis de pêche et de chasse), ses magasins de proximité (spiritueux et épiceries légères), son musée, l’étang Luther Mill Parc pour les pique-niques et la pêche. Il y a plus de 240 km de sentiers de VHR accessibles afin que vous n'ayez pas à remorquer vos VHR que vous pouvez parcourir jusqu'à eux. Beaucoup de stationnement pour vos invités et les remorques. Foyer, barbecue. Entièrement meublé avec literie, serviettes, ustensiles de cuisine, café et pop-corn. Venez profiter des quatre saisons.

Spacious, comfortable pet-friendly cabin

We were looking for an affordable last minute place to stay to take advantage of Winter Storm Elliott, with proximity to Caberfae Peaks. Shawna was so responsive, booking last minute was a breeze. The Cabin was easy to find and in an excellent location. The keypad was SO convenient for check-in. I wish all VRBOs had them! Although downtown Luther is small, it had a couple of restaurants and a Dollar General all in walking distance. The Cabin itself was much larger than expected, plenty of space to relax and cook- in which is what we were hoping for! Kitchen had everything we needed, and even had a basket of munchies, including some microwave popcorn which we enjoyed one night! We loved the cabin decor, very homey and cozy!! No wi-fi, but we had service good enough for a hotspot to answer a couple of work emails. The King bed was comfy and we slept like babies after a day on the slopes. I can't wait to come back and check out the area in the summer!

Great Place in a Perfect Location

The property is a good size, plenty of room. The town is small, but has great places to eat. I would absolutely stay here again. The pull through driveway makes it easy to bring things like a boat or other recreational toys. A Dollar General right by the property is convenient to pickup the basics. Plenty of kitchen utensils to be able to easily cook.

Great house, off the beaten path

The location was a little more secluded from civilization than I thought it would be. A lot of the neighbors houses are run down. There was a little store we got a few groceries from and two local bars, one that was always closed and the other was nothing to brag about. The property seemed clean but there was a load in the dryer and dishwasher which was odd and a lot of greasy fingerprints on the bathroom door mirror so I’m assuming it hasn’t been deep cleaned. Other than that this property was Overall good just wasn’t a huge fan or the area and neighborhood.

Excellent Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We used the cabin as homebase for day trips (i.e. Manistee). Lots of room for the kids to play indoors, beds were comfortable, and a quite location with minimal, if not any, traffic. Met some very nice people at the Luther watering hole (loggers bar and restaurant). The in town grocery store has a little of everything. My phone reception was spotty, but could be my carrier tmobile, and I was okay with it to be off the grid for awhile. The TV has basic channels and met our need for some lounging around. Owners responses were prompt and very helpful! I recommend and will keep this place in mind for the future!

Fun weekend getaway!

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend stay! The cabin was the perfect distance from the local ORV trails, and the small store in town had just enough of what we needed without having to travel far!

Getting away from the craziness

We were looking for a quiet place to stay that wasn’t around alot of people. Shawna’s place fit the bill perfectly. The cabin was very nice and the little town of Luther had a small grocery and the food at the North Bar cant be beat for price or taste, their pizza was great and so was breakfast. The cabin had everything you needed for a getaway!

Family Weekend Away

NIce location in quiet town of Luther. Home was quaint and clean. Plenty of room for our group of 6 and we all enjoyed the home. (Though one of the teens was dismayed there was no wifi.) Loved sitting on the porch swing. We enjoyed having a fire in the evening. We loved the "Barrel Bar" in the home. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. The hosts were very prompt in their response when I messaged them about the back door getting jammed shut and being unable to get one of the blinds to lower. (The blinds issue ended up being user error on our part.) They came over right away to assist us. Even gave us directions to a local lake to cool off in the hot July heat.

As always, the place was very nice. It is clean, inviting, stocked great with the essentials. James and Shawna are so easy to work with and we love staying at their places. We will be back again this summer.

My wife and I always enjoy staying at Jim and Shawnas places. Going to miss this place for snowmobiling this winter but we will likely stay in one of their others

Great place

Great place for my wife and I. We enjoyed a long weekend of trail riding. Very easy access to trails, good food at the local bar. Would be more than comfortable for 2 couples or children. We will be back again.

Great home.

It was a great weekend at beautiful little house. It had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and dinners 👍 They were always quick to answer all my questions. Loved the memories we made sitting around the campfire ring. Didn’t get to make it to the local restaurants, but they looked like my small town style of eaten 😋

We absolutely loved the cabin It had everything we could need. It was located close to stores,restaurants and park and the owners responded to anything that we needed We will definitely return to this cabin

Gem in Luther

Wonderful cabin in Luther! Very well-appointed, with top of the line linens and every kitchen item you might need. The cutest decorations ever! Right in line with their other 2 properties in Luther. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, CUTE place to stay to access ORV trails, this is the one for you! Can't wait until we're able to go back again...
