Moi et ma femme juste acheté un condo d'une chambre avec une salle de séjour et la chambre principale Vue sur le golfe. Le condo a également une chambre avec lits superposés avec des portes qui se ferment de la vie privée. Nous avons commandé des meubles de chambres à Go et sera delievered à la fin de Octobre. La chambre principale a un lit à baldaquin King Size et la chambre avec lits superposés a deux lits superposés. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen size. La chambre principale et le salon comprend de grandes télévisions LED avec câble. Thew cuisine est complète avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour préparer les repas. Venez profiter de ce condo nouvellement meublé.

This condo is beautiful. Very clean and has everything you need for your vacation. The property owner was amazing in helping us. I thought I had booked an additional day. We were an hour out and realized our check in was the next day. I contacted the owner, and with in 20 minutes we were able to book check in for that day. the facility is very clean and very safe. Minutes from food and fun. The views are stunning!!!

Upon arrival we did not immediately notice how dirty things were as we put our bags and then went shopping for the week. When it came time for bed we immediately realized that the master room only had a top sheet and a quilted blanket that was folded down. There was no bottom sheet upon inspection. The mattress cover was filthy and looked to have blood in your stains on. It had to strip everything and go by linens before we can sleep that night. The bunk bedroom had no blankets at all. Dishes were filthy host said he contacted cleaning service who did not contact us that day when I finally spoke to the cleaning services. They said they had been trying to get a hold of me, which absolutely was not true. They did not send anyone out instead offered me a free lunch at the restaurant that they managed or own, and offered to waive the cleaning fee. ( which they have not done) Unprofessional. Stay clear of this rental!! Unsanitary!!

Same review as others......very dirty.

The pictures online look amazing, and the condo really has potential to be awesome, but when you walk in, and the first thing you see is trash, dirty dishes, dirty sheets on the floors, sand and trash on the floors, used bar soap in the bathrooms, unflushed toilets, etc., it's hard to get excited about your stay. I immediately reached out to the owner, and he eventually got back to me. But in the amount of time it took him to get back to me, we had went out and bought cleaning supplies and laundry detergent, and cleaned everything ourselves. He offered for his cleaning person to come by the next morning but I declined since we had already cleaned it to our standards. The owner ended up refunding us for one night, as well as the cleaning fee, which was appreciated. But he definitely has a consistent problem, as made evident by all of the complaints. As for the condo itself, it's in pretty rough shape. Doors with holes in them, broken lights and fixtures, etc. The condo really needs an overhaul.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

Stayed Jan. and Feb. - First of all, Tidewater is an awesome resort and we are coming back next year but not to this unit. First time snowbirds and we were so looking forward to our winter escape. What we found upon arrival was the condo was EXTREMELY dirty! I advised the owner and sent him pictures. To his credit, he was responsive but he is NOT proactive when it comes to upkeep and maintenance. He sent the cleaning ladies back who told us they are only asked to do "general" cleaning, not "deep" cleaning and they don't clean what they can’t reach (while standing on the floor). The kitchen cookware looked like it was from a garage sale. The cooking utensils were minimal, not even a pancake flipper or bottle opener. The shower curtains were all brown along the bottoms and the one in the master bath doesn't even fit the width of the tub. All the baseboards are badly scratched, the walls need to be repainted, the carpet is filthy and stained. The bedroom comforter was spotted didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. I could go on and on. I spent many hours of my vacation waiting for repairmen to fix broken appliances: the garbage disposal was replaced, the bathroom tub had to be unclogged, the dryer made a squealing noise, the top rack of the dishwasher was broken but couldn't be fixed, the closet door had a broken bracket and was off its track. Sometimes the repairmen didn't arrive on time or on the day specified which wasted my vacation time waiting for them. I spent many hours cleaning everything I could, even standing on a chair to clean: the entire glass door walls, the grime off the top of the fridge (I found an old shower cap up there), cleaned furry fans, fuzzy lamp shades and grimy bathroom light fixtures. The things still broken when we left are: the dryer takes FOREVER to dry even the smallest load, the top rack of the dishwasher, the microwave is on its last leg, the front of the only kitchen drawer is about to fall off. This condo is listed on VRBO as "Luxury", but my idea of luxury is definitely not this unit. In my opinion I do not see "pride of ownership" displayed in the upkeep of this condo.

We are so sorry that you were not happy with your stay. When you arrived and mentioned your concern about the cleaning to us, we sent our cleaning crew back over immediately to clean any and everything that disappointed you. After they left, you did not indicate that you found any other concerns. If you had new concerns about the cleaning, we are so sorry that we did not have an opportunity to know about them or correct them to make your stay perfect. Regarding the kitchen items, you provided a list of all of the utensils that you felt were lacking or not in satisfactory condition in our unit, and we provided and/or replaced all of those items for you right away. The dishwasher rack is in need of a new part, and we appreciate that you brought that to our attention. The part has been ordered and is scheduled to be installed as soon as it arrives. As with any rental condo, things can go wrong, and it's always unfortunate when a garbage disposal stops working or an appliance makes an unexpected sound or needs service. We can't guarantee that nothing will ever go wrong, but only that we will respond and correct it as quickly as possible. During your stay, these items did need service and we repaired them quickly. It was not necessary for you to stay and meet the repairman, but you requested to do so. We did our best to communicate the window time for the service repair for your convenience. We will continue to work hard to anticipate your needs and have everything perfect before your arrival. We take great pride in our condo, and work hard to make everyone's stay perfect.

Staying at Tidewater

The condo was great, had everything we needed! Bed was fantastic. The cleaning company did a poor job as there was sand all in the couch bed and bunk beds. No way they changed the sheets. The resort… where do I begin. If you do not like a lot of people, don’t stay in a high rise. The entire week they only had one pool open, saying maintenance work on the others. Keep in mind there is 30 floors and about 15 rooms on each floor.. you do the math! But on our last day when a storm was going to come in miraculously all pools were now fixed (keep in mind never saw anyone working on them)… ridiculous!! The elevators, good lord…. Must be patient and have tolerance for rude people!

This property was everything I expected and SOME!!

My 3 night stay was everything I wanted and SOME! Everything was so inviting. From the check-in to check-out. I wish I could've stayed longer. So conveniently located near all the food and fun! The condo itself is so beautiful! Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean waves. Not to mention the view..Breathtaking! Being able to watch the dolphins was so relaxing as well. The sunset is so romantic. Perfect view. Literally felt like I was on my own little island. Highly recommended. I definitely be back soon! Property owner(Jose) did good at communicating as well.

Dirty.Plates and cups chipped.Asked for new frying and was never taken care of.

I have stayed in 8 different condos in Panama City. This was one of the worst. The carpet was filthy dirty and full of spots.Granite countertops around the kitchen sink smelled like fish.Plates and cups were chipped and needed to be replaced. Asked for a new frying pan as well from the owner and my request was ignored.

Great Vacation

We had an amazing trip. This condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Amazing views from the balcony, and all the amenities you need at Tidewater. Jose was very responsive and helpful in booking our stay. We will definitely be back.

Zero disappointments!

The condo was everything we expected and then some! Pictures do not do it justice! Very spacious for our family of 4, and very clean! We were not disappointed at all. Jose was very easy to work with and check in on Saturday was a breeze. Elevators are a pain, but jump on when you can... it was not bad enough that I won’t be back! The resort itself was awesome and very clean. We had an amazing vacation in Room 2509!

Not worth the money!

The unit was nicely furnished, however the dryer would not heat to dry clothes. The sheets were awful and didn’t fit the master bed. I found no contact number to report the dryer. For the amount of money I paid it should have been nicer.

Great time!

I loved the large balcony that spanned the living room and master bedroom! Everything worked and seemed nice. The beach was beautiful - it was spring break and was very family friendly and the stingrays and dolphins were in the water the entire time. The beach was great and we would stay in the condo again. Owner was very responsive when we needed anything.

Very nice with great view

Great views comfortable beds and sitting area’s. A few things that need to be fixed like dish washer and dryer don’t dry very well but those things you can easily work around. Elevator’s are very slow. Could also use another frying pan. But Jose was very helpful with everything and answered and questions we had quickly

BREATHTAKING VIEW!!!

This condo is unbelievable!!! The views are just beautiful and breathtaking. The sunset is just incredible. The condo was very clean inside, the furniture was very nice and the bedroom was just amazing. Our only complaint would be that the microwave didn't work. While watching TV we wanted to make popcorn and the microwave didn't work and there wasnt any where downstairs where we could heat up our left overs either, but, other than that... our stay at this condo was great. We would DEFINITELY rent this condo again. The owner was very helpful and answered our questions fairly quickly. This resort is also located in a really good spot. Everything is really close. Definitely worth staying here. Thanks again! We really enjoyed it! Can't wait to come back!

Gorgeous ocean view in a very comfortable, homey setting!

Was very impressed with this condo! Absolutely loved waking up to the ocean and the privacy of the patio. The staff and the local community couldn't be any more friendly! Even staying out of season, though a little chilly, was very fun and relaxing.

Absolutely perfect!

I have visited PCB every year since I was a child, and Jose's unit is my favorite hands down. The view is the best I've ever seen, and the room is beautiful! Jose answered all questions we had in a timely manner. We will definitely be back next year!

Jose was a wonderful host. Any question i had was answered very quickly wether it was day or night and whatever it was he did what he said he was going to do for us. His place was awesome. Descriptions were on point and not exaggerated. The rental is just as comfortable and home like as described. We had a wonderful stay and will stay with Jose again.
