Belle vue sur l'océan et les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle depuis le balcon! Le Twin Palms Resort est une destination de vacances secrète bien tenue dans la magnifique ville de Panama City Beach, offrant une vue magnifique depuis votre front du golfe. Le soldat que j'ai mentionné a-t-il mentionné le balcon surdimensionné? C'est un condo TOP NOTCH bien entretenu situé sur les belles plages de sable blanc du golfe. J'ai pris le temps aujourd'hui d'en profiter sous la pluie battante! C'est tellement spécial ici au bord du bain à remous et de la piscine qui se trouve du côté du golfe de l'immeuble! les barbecues à gaz dans la zone de pique-nique avec des tables et un banc face à la plage! les sons et la vue sur la plage de sable sont vraiment incroyables!
Profitez et détendez-vous dans votre propre condo magnifiquement décoré et entièrement meublé, avec une chambre principale privée king size et salle de bain privée. Construit en 2 lits superposés et 2 lits queen pour des invités supplémentaires et deuxième salle de bain complète. Peut dormir 8! Tout cela confortablement avec toutes les commodités de la maison. Le parking est à deux pas de la porte et des ascenseurs!
Comprend une piscine extérieure, des bains à remous intérieurs et extérieurs, un sauna / hammam, un centre de remise en forme et à quelques pas des boutiques de classe mondiale, des restaurants raffinés, des restaurants en bord de plage Pineapple Willy's, Applebee's et un dîner unique en face de la rue! Great place to unwind

The only issue we had was when we arrived, we soon found there was no hot water. The owner responded promptly and although it took most of the day for the repair, it was completed. The condo is perfect for a couple wanting to unwind. We will definitely be looking to stay there again. Twin Palms 2003.

Great location

Loved the condo location and working with Rick. Rick made sure we had all pertinent information the day before arrival and he checked to make sure we were happy the day after arrival. He even let us know we could arrive earlier than the check-in stated time because the unit was ready. The condo has all the basics you want. The large balcony is a dream to sit out on day or night. There are multiple activities within walking distance: pier, Ripley's, Wonder Works and a few shops/restaurants. We loved the ice cream shop across the street for a treat at night. Beach wise - what's not to love. You can rent chairs/umbrellas if needed or enjoy Banana Boat rides/ parasailing. The kiosk for these is near the condo's beach entry. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Stay!

Staying in this condo for our annual family vacation was nothing short of blissful. Everything about the stay, ranging from checking in, readily available access to beach / grocery stores nearby, and comfortability, was tremendous. Would definitely recommend this place to others in the future and would stay again in the future!

Weekend getaway

I wanted a weekend getaway with my 2 granddaughters and this was the perfect spot. Jim the host was great at communicating and everything was just as pictured. Will definitely rent again!!!

Comfy condo

This condo was perfect for us. Having two bathrooms was very nice. The master bed was so comfy. We were amazed at the stunning view from the nice-sized balcony. To me, one of the best parts about the condo is its location. The assigned parking is right by the elevator, which is right by the door to the condo. It’s literally steps away from the beach! There were plenty of towels as well. The owner was so kind and shared info about good restaurants etc. Cannot wait to come again!

Great Balcony View

This condo unit has a great large Balcony too see the most incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful sunsets. The pool here is extra large, that was great too. Location is good and central. Unit owner was easy to communicate with and very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again.

Birthday Getaway

The property is exactly as shown but the view is even better in person!! Jim (owner) was great, easy to get in touch with and great to work with. We saw dolphins and sting ray in the water from the balcony..we had a great experience and will absolutely consider returning!!

Sisters Beach Trip

Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, view was spectacular. Jim was quick to respond to any questions and easy to work with. There was never a wait for an elevator, which made it super quick getting to the beach, pool or parking garage. Definitely considering another stay here.

Everything thing was so nice and the condo was as advertised owner made sure we was able to get in and was there if needed to call we stayed 7 days and didnt wanna leave so was able to get 1 more night extra amazing views and condo was clean and stocked Everything we needed look forward to staying here again

Gulf front View

Very nice view of the ocean. Large balcony. We observed dolphins and stingrays every day. Also had a manatee swim slowly down the beach. No issues with the property. Good for a couple or a family of 4-6. Bring binoculars for the best experience. The owner was wonderful to deal with. Went around Thanksgiving, no crowds.

Perfect size for us

My husband and I stayed at this condo and it was perfect for us. All condos look out onto the white sand beaches of the Gulf with a good size balcony. Our unit was clean and nice and had cable-TV and wi-fi. The master bedroom had a king size bed and nice size Dresser with large flat screen TV. Also, there were bunks in the hallway and stacking washer and dryer in small closet off of the kitchen. The kitchen was well appointed and clean although we didn't do any cooking while on vacation. We stayed in unit #2003 at the end of Feb. We plan on returning as the owner was super nice and prompt to reponding to any comments.

Nice property owner, very bad roach infestation

The owner was very nice and communicated very quickly, thank you for that. The condo was not the cleanest and hd a severe roach infestation. Roaches throughout the condo, in the bedroom, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Only place we did not see any was on the balcony. The owner seemed very surprised by the problem, and sent a bug man to bait them (but didn’t do anything to help the problem) After reading the reviews I seen this has been an ongoing issue for the owner. I had to check all our bags as I didn’t want to bring that infestation home with us but didn’t want the problem to ruin our time at the beach. Next time I’ll throughly read the reviews before I book.

I am the owner manager of this condo .I am A Christian who grew up in the mid west, served a tour of duty in Vietnam after working 35 years as a Boilermaker & retiring, certain family needs changed so we made the big move from Sullivan/Terre Haute Indiana to Panama City Beach, so now We call this home and can not leave here, living on the beach is paradise and very close to God's unchanged creation for me! This is our 2nd home and we live a few mins away from our condo, i have always enjoyed sharing my things with others, so i hope you enjoy what could be your paradise too! Remember my condo is not a party room! Is a wonderful place to relax, sleep and enjoy the beach!

My condo is available to sleep the most and cost the less! I pay for cleaning, 1st parking pass.
If you're looking for an extraordinary combination of beautiful emerald green waters and a deluxe condo on panama city beach, look no further. People come to panama city beach for the pearly white sand, enjoyable year-round weather, championship golfing and excellent fishing.
Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, watch & hear the surf rise and fall, and engulf yourself in total relaxation that only this unit can provide! The beach will be the heart of your vacation, but the attractions near majestic resort will keep you busy for days. From shopping to snorkeling, or just walking the beach to the clubs and restaurants one way to the 2 piers the other way including pier park if you are a long distance walker!
