So nice!!

We had an amazing 3 day stay for the weekend. The space was perfect for the 3 of us and the private beach is so nice and quiet. It's a really nicely decorated condo and great bigger space. We loved it.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The property is true to the pictures. Everything was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. Deck furnishings are very nice, and having the sliders from all the gulf facing rooms was wonderful. Plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, nice beach chairs, and body boards, and toys. They have it all! Even had sunscreen in the closet. We had two small issues but Sandy Feet was quick to respond, and worked through even the evenings to fix them. Parking spaces are really tight if you have a bigger vehicle. Make sure to park within the lines or you will get a warning. We found the uncovered parking to be the easiest area to utilize. We will definitely consider this property on our next visit to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and would happily recommend it. The condo is modern, beautifully updated, very clean and extremely well equipped. The kitchen in particular was excellent, with everything you could need and really good-quality appliances and equipment.Having a washer and tumble dryer was a huge bonus, as was the great supply of beach towels. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a beach trolley, plenty of beach chairs, buckets and spades, wakeboards and lots of other items in the cupboard on the balcony that could be used at the beach. We didn’t realise these were available before arriving, so it would be really helpful if this could be mentioned in the property description, as it would help guests plan what they need to bring.The facilities were also very good. The gym was great and the pool was lovely and warm, The hot tub was very hot, but still enjoyable! Access to the beach was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the security, with the gated entrance staffed throughout. The communal gas BBQs were excellent and incredibly clean.Parking is a little tight, so something to bear in mind if you have a larger vehicle, and you need to drive in forwards.Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The condo, facilities and location were all excellent, and being so close to Clearwater was a great base! We will come back again.
