The Space:

Welcome to your Hilton Head retreat! This inviting 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo in the peaceful Treetops/Ocean Breeze community is the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. The open living area is perfect for gathering, featuring a comfy sleeper sofa, a smart TV for all your streaming needs, and sliding doors that lead to a charming patio overlooking the tennis courts.



The first-floor bedroom offers a queen bed along with an XL twin pull-out trundle, plus a private ensuite bathroom—perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements. Upstairs, the second-floor bedroom features a king bed, its own ensuite bathroom, smart TV, fresh linens, and ample storage.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need for effortless vacation meals, whether you're brewing your morning coffee or whipping up dinner. Step outside to enjoy the beautiful back porch with brand new furniture and a grill—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to the condo, while also enjoying the community pools and tennis courts. There are beach essentials and towels located in the small closet near the kitchen. Parking is free and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The beach is about a half a mile away, making it easy to hop on your bike or take a nice walk through the shaded paths.



The Neighborhood:

Treetops is a quiet, family-friendly community tucked among oaks and palms. You’ll be within a mile of Coligny Beach Park and Coligny Plaza—home to restaurants, shops, live music, and family entertainment. It’s one of Hilton Head’s most popular areas for a reason!



Getting Around:

Many guests choose to bike or walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Hilton Head’s miles of paved bike paths make exploring easy. Cars are helpful for grocery trips or visiting other island attractions, and parking is free on-site.



Other Things to Note:

We provide linens and towels for your stay. For your convenience, there’s an in-unit washer and dryer, too! We have provided you with a beach wagon, beach chairs, as well as beach toys. Just a friendly reminder—no smoking, please. We’ve also got a grill and outdoor seating available on the patio for those lovely evenings outside. Enjoy your stay!
