I am very sorry to hear that the number of towels were not properly provided by the cleaning service. I always provide the number of guests who are checking in, so the condo has adequate supplies. Had I been aware, I would have contacted them right away so that they could bring more towels. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you! The open design makes the space larger and brighter. It's a great area for kids of any age and the walk to the beach is level and shaded in spots. Hopefully, your son will return to be a future renter.

Thank you! The remodel gives the condo more open space and it is more comfortable and bright. Most of the residents are full time and the complex is quiet with larger parking lots and a minimum amount of traffic. It's much safer for kids. The pool is close by and a great spot to cool off on the way back from the beach.

One of the advantages of Forest Gardens is the way the complex is designed. The buildings are situated in different spots making for a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere. The parking lots are spacious. Our condo is very open and the full size washer/dryer is a plus for families.

I'm very fortunate to have a great cleaning person. The recent remodel has given the condo a fresh look and more improvements are coming. I always try to respond promptly to any questions or problems so that my guests can enjoy their vacation. Please keep us in mind for future travels. Thank you!

I want my guests to be as comfortable as possible. My list of instructions includes very specific information about the TV remotes. I was contacted about the TV issue on two occasions. The first issue was fixed in 5 minutes because the cable modem had been turned off by using the wrong button on the remote. The second issue was fixed in about 20-30 minutes because the service provider had to reboot the cable modem. I gave the same instructions on rebooting the internet modem and I did not receive a call to inform me that it was still not working. Subsequently, after the next guests arrived, I contacted the provider, set up a repair call and they replaced outside connections coming into the condo. The issue has been resolved. My cleaning service leaves a full set of towels(2 bath, 2 hand & 2 wash cloths)in both bedrooms. I would think that would be adequate for 2 guests. If I had been aware that more towels were needed, I would have asked the cleaning service to stop by with more. There is also the option of using the washer/dryer. The walking distance to the beach is "approximate" as 1.5 blocks. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk. The driving distance is a little further. As my other reviews mention, when I am made aware of a problem, I respond as quickly as possible.

The Heritage Golf Tournament draws national attention and our villa is very close to all the excitement. The HD upgrades for the cable will be completed during the week of 5/21/18 and the pressure washing of the decks and steps are part of routine maintenance performed by the property management company. The comfort and safety of my guests are a priority and I do my best to keep everyone informed.
